The most asked question Cali gets at tournaments is what are your practice routines. While she doesn't go into her own routine too much, she does give a few games to try out in your practice room, especially if you are new to darts. Starting off with a super difficult practice routine is probably only going to get you frustrated and discouraged... which is the last thing she wants!!!
This is why she has a different approach to practice for the beginner.
As she says in the video, there are a lot of variables to consider when deciding on a practice routine. How much time do you have each night? What is your current skill level? What type of personality do you have?
These are all things to consider when developing your own routine. The most important thing to realize is just because a practice routine works for her, does not mean it will work for you. Practice is kinda personal!
For as many dart players there are, there are as many routines and ways of practicing. It is an individual thing that you as a player will have to develop on your own.
