Gary Macrie every single time i see someone who reacts the way you do to daru jones it tells me it absolutely went over their head and they’ll never have the facility to approach that kind of approach to timekeeping and feel. that’s fine, but you just didn’t get it and that’s your loss 🤣

Have you ever heard of 'Dilla feel'? It's what those two guys doing... It's like shifting every note, like a flam after a note but not that much that it would be an offbeat note. This was the 'invention' of J. Dilla who produced this beat. If you listen to 90s hip-hop you will get what i mean :D
