Hey man maybe a tip from one that uses cardboard a lot..Take a piece of cardboard and press the shape into the cardboard from the opening of your dash…Maybe secure temporary with tape and trim the edges to exactly fit the opening..
I want one for so long. Problem is the physical space at home. Only if I would have a garage...

@@RAW-CAt I’ve been using my printer for my car projects for a while and there are so many things that I don’t know how I would do it without it! My printer stays in my office in the corner and it doesn’t take that much space.
Congrats! Looks great!! I have a similar job to do with my Subaru because it had the factory McIntosh headunit. I know that joyous feeling, damn ita rare, but what a high ay!
I covered my a pillars in a similar material it was a nightmare to work with as it was just sticking to itself when trying to remove the backing paper. one i had got it wet it was easier to work with.
