Looks good! Try this, before you put the taters on the griddle, wrap them in some paper towels or a clean cloth, then squeeze as much of the moisture out of them as you can. Get them very dry before you cook them, you will enjoy!
I love my Dash griddle and other products. Makes a massive perfectly browned pan biscuit. I even cooked huge potato slices in one. They`re great for power outages because I can cook with my 500 watt and 700 watt solar power stations since they`re only 350 watts plus they work as fast bathroom heaters in my camper in Winter. Also they cook pancakes as fast as you can eat them. I put my griddle right by me on the table and cook and eat pancakes at the same time. Great for cornbread mix too to eat with beans, greens, or cabbage.
