I recently purchased the 70mai A510 dual channel dashcam by watching your videos and reviews and I have to say everything is top-notch until I recently encountered this issue. While I was transferring the videos from my SD card to PC, some of the videos were not playing. They looked like corrupted files (nearly around 200 clips of 3mins of both front and back cam). I am not sure why this happened. Can someone please help me understand why this happened and if possible, how can I recover these videos? Please help🙏
Is this a repeating issue? Which memory card are you using? You can try to reset the camera once to it's factory settings and use a compatible card such as Samsung Evo Pro or Ultimate. If the issue persists, better to get the unit replacement. But if this was a one time issue, that shouldn't be a problem.
@@traveltechyoutube Hi, thanks for replying. I’m using the SanDisk Ultra 256gb class 10 version (speed upto 150mbps). I even tried with HP 64gb class 10 sd card. I also tried resetting the dashcam, formatting the memory card multiple times but nothing seems to be working for me. Should I try purchasing the Samsung Evo microSD card? Which card do you use with your 70mai A510 dashcam?
@@traveltechyoutube yea. That’s with credit card discount. The same thing had happened with another model of 70mai that I can’t remember. The price had gone up during sale.
DDPAI N5 Dual and 70 mai both support native 4K. Or upscaled? I need for travel log recording. Which one you suggest for clatity? Does ddpai has cpl filter
Both N5 Dual and A810 support native 4K resolution. Not upscaled. For travel log recording, I would recommend 70mai A810. It has CPL filter as well. DDPAI N5 doesn't have CPL as far as I know.
Appreciate the consistent uploads. Boult and Hikvision are some of the major players which haven't sent their product across to you I believe. Waiting for their reviews!
If the BEST Front camera quality is your priority, the A810 is thr choice. But if balanced performance from both front and rear camera is your priority, the A229 Plus Dual.
Can you suggest a dash cam based on the requirements: 1. Good video quality 2. Dual channel 3. GPS - looking for a dash WITHOUT GPS Please suggest before the freedom day sale ends. Thank you
In a broader look, you won't notice much difference. But in number plate readability, especially under headlight glare, there is a huge difference. Just to get an idea of the difference between Starvis2 dashcam and Starvis 1 dashcam, you can watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-m8semjNiiKs.htmlsi=hD51BKTLX_gyqtCg
A200 is only 1080p FHD resolution. A500 is 1944p resolution, which is close to 4K. A500 also has GPS, ADAS. A200 does not. A500 has Starvis sensor, A200 does not.
Purchased 70mai dashcam. Worst app experience, hangs a lot. When connected to app preview on dashcam display id blocked by notification. And in app im not able to preview the rear camera video realtime. Sir do you have any suggestions how to view preview of rear camera in mobile app?
A510 has Starvis 2 sensor which gives superior performance in low light conditions. These two don't have Starvis 2. Although A510 is not 4K, it still gives near 4K quality which is good enough for everyday use purposes. I would go with A510.
I am confused amongst 70mai A810, Viofo A229 Plus and Vantrue N4. My requirement is for Starvis 2 sensor, minimum quad HD recording for both cameras, Wifi or bluetooth feature. Max Budget INR 25,000/-.
Based on your budget, I think you should go with VIOFO A229 Plus Dual. You get Dual Starvis 2 and Dual QHD resolution, along 5GHz hi speed wifi connection.
Sure it has. So you have to choose what is your priority. Wide field of view or better low light performance. Based on your priority, you can make the choice.
We have two types of cameras: dash cams and 360 cameras. Why haven't companies developed a camera that combines both functions-dash cam and 360 camera?
