One other advantage of mirror dashcam (used both types): they do not fall off from windshield. I had to replce glue every few months , even tried fevinquick, but still the regular ones fall off due to vibrations from potholes. It once fell off during a long roadtrip, then i decided to move to mirror dashcam

Very well done, thanks! Personally love em both now that I've owned my Wolfbox G900 for like 18 month whilst having used many regular dash cams for like 13+ years. Just received the 70mai S500 mirror dash cam (thanks to your video) to install in my pickup truck so looking forward to that. Yup I'm definitely a dash junkie running multiple dash cams at once just because, we can 🤣

To the point videos and very informative. I've purchased an Elevate recently, planning to install mirror dash cam with your advise in videos. 1. Similar to rear dashcam for reverse parking guidance, can the front dashcam be used for front parking guidance in any of the dashcam models. 2. Or any other camera for front parking guidance in limited visibility areas. Please advise on above 2 points

U helped me with biggest point with regular dash cams reverse camera. latency in reverse camera while taking car reverse which can cause damage to car or person.👍👍 keep doing good work. 👏👏

Installation below bumper is not recommended. The installation wire will need to run along till the bumper, also the dust/dirt/mud/water from the rear tyres may hamper the visibility of the camera.

It's not impossible, but difficult. You will need to put a separate mount inside the car to stick the rear camera inside. It will take lot of extra work.

The ability to rotate and record comes only in budget dashcams under 5K like Mini Pro or by using a suction mount for cams like the 70mai M200. To get timelapse video during driving, you need to copy the recorded videos into a pc and add them to a video editor and speed up the clips to get the timelapse. It's a simple process

Well 1st O'F all thanks for such a informative video 1nce again. I have a Ddpai mola e 3 purchased on ur sugestion but my cury is ,can I fix my rear camera on rear bumper from inside. Coz I can't get t just bumper view while reversing vehicle ciz I have instaled it inside t wind shield on t roof end with screw

In the app updating of A810 there comes a provision_add4G .what is the purpose of this?hope you will explain.Another doubt is what is the use of the power button in the set as it gets on or off according to the car ignition on or off.

It's for 4G hardwire kit which is currently not available in India. Power button is in cases where you need to turn off the cam manually.

It's designed to bear the heat. I haven't faced any issue with my windshield mounted cam inspite of parking outside in the sun from past 2+ years.

Vantrue offers 4K and Starvis2 for only front cam. The A229 Pro has Dual Starvis 2, and Starvis for interior cam. Also , the rear cam has 2K resolution, compared to FHD on Vantrue. So clearly, the A229 Pro has an advantage over it. Check out here: amzn.to/49yIRF7

It's got 2.4ghz wifi which is not suitable for transferring multiple files to smartphone. If you want to transefer multiple files, the fastest way is to remove sdcard from dashcam and insert it into your smartphone using a card reader. You can then transfer instantly.

I have 70mai dashcam A510,it do recoding video when the car engine is still off, this way it drain battery of car and affecting the capacity of car battery, is there is any when whenever I start my car it should start recoding and when engine off it should also stop recording, please help this out, I couldn’t find any convincing dedicated video on this issue in RU-vid.

Not necessarily all the Mirror dashcam have External rear cam. You can fix it inside also. What about reflection issue in Mirror dashcam. I thought you would throw some light on this Point. Kindly Review wolfbox Mirror dashcam g900 or G840H

Agreed. I have spoken about the Mirror cams which have external rear cams. Those with interior rear cams, the point I have mentioned clearly doesn't apply. Its self explanatory. I have tried contacting Wolfbox for sending their dashcams for review. Will do as soon as they send it .
