I got 99.73%ile in CAT '22 (slot 3) by solving 2 sets with 100% accuracy. My preparation strategy was to go through previous year papers and solved all questions from the past 10 yr and I also gave close to 30 mocks.
As someone who gave CAT'22, can't stress more on the importance of selecting the right sets. Scanning the DILR section for few minutes at the start, picking the easiest set first and getting it solved can make a huge difference.

Hello Di! I've been watching many videos of colleges to aim for with a low academic profile. Mine is- 8/9/5.6. Being from the covid batch, I was passed in many of my semesters without any examinations and that's why I ended up scoring low in my graduation. Watching and hearing many people's experiences, it's often shared that I don't have a chance at top 10 B-schools in India. Can you please share your insights on this?

Hello mam, My name is Harsh Singh hailing from small village of Amethi,Uttarpradesh. I passed my class 12 in 2021 , then I started preparing for NDA exam examination, I cleared my written and SSB in last attempt of 2022 but got rejected in medical ,I don't want to join nearby colleges of my village because there is no future here,student just come,mark there attendance and go, all student just pass by cheating and not a single student is serious about their future,not even professors (they help students to cheat in exams by taking bribe) I don't know about teir- 1 and teir- 2 cities but in rural areas of UP and Bihar it is common because these colleges are generally funded by MLA's (quite similar to what people saw in Mirzapur Web series) I am not appearing for CUET 2023 because my plan B was Airforce group X and Y and I was sure if I couldn't not able to crack SSB of NDA I will serve in Indian airforce as an airmen but once I got rejected in medical then there was no way there to join defence now I am completely lost, I recently discovered your channel and other channels like catking and currently my plan is to prepare for CUET 2024 along with that I am also completing video lectures of VARC from playlist of your Excel sheet. I have few questions regarding my undergraduation and CAT preparation as I am targeting north campus colleges of Delhi University and other universities like BHU. 1) - I have 2 years of gap year after class 12 and as of now I am 19 years old and next year if I will join college in June/July I will be 20 with 3 years of gap year, can I take admission in north campus colleges of Delhi University (gap year student can appear for CUET but there is very less information on internet on gap years and upper age limit for undergraduate courses in DU as I visited official website of CUET and other websites of colleges like Hansraj and KMC etc, in some RU-vid videos they say that you have to just have a gap year certificate (affedevit) but still things are too vague). 2)- I want to do MBA, is there any way that I can make it into top or decent IIM's and other top colleges after having 3 years of gap year if I slog really hard in CAT and work tremendously on my profile in college ( I secured 80% in class 10th and 12th in my icse and isc board respectively). I am going through a very hard time as I have self esteem issues, self destructive tendencies and fear of lagging behind in life I can see myself becoming weaker and weaker day by day from a confident NDA aspirant. 1. Gap years are not a problem, one of my batchmates in KMC also had a gap of 2 years, so don't worry about it. 2. Interviewers don't ask this question most often and even if they do, all they care about is what were you doing - and you certainly have a genuine reason. So, don't worry at all and don't let it hurt your self esteem. I understand you've missed on two chances, but those exams don't define you. You're more than that, right? Don't lose your worth as a person by measuring yourself against some exams. 10th 56.6% aggregate in 6 subjects, 60.2% in top 5 .CBSE 12th 87% in TOP 4 subjects and 74% in all subjects aggrege. ISC How companies calculate your % if you go for placements if they have 60% criteria will they reject me or accept by seeing my 10th marks someone please assist me.

Not at all, work ex marks doesn’t carries too much in B-schools (except few). Also, it depends on your profile. If you have good profile your chances are very high to convert as a fresher but if your acads are below average than it’s better to have a 1-2 years of work ex. Hope it helps✨ PS:- Shweta and Me both were freshers when we converted our respective colleges. Btw she was the first example in my eyes through whom I got to know that CAT can be given in 3rd year itself before graduating. Always grateful 😇

Hey I know that I am pretty late in starting my preparations since I was in a personal dilemma regarding my career options and aspirations! I completed my BSc from Maths and Physics last year but took a drop and didn't know what to do at all after this! In amidst confusion and chaos I also suffered mental health problems but now that I am totally clear in my vision and aspirations I have a doubt because I read on Google for CAT eligibility that you have to have a work experience of 2 3 years or should be freshly graduate! Is it really the case and that I need to drop pursuing this course or that this information is false and I can write this paper ?? Secondly, if yes then how many chances do we get to clear CAT??
