I'll be the 1 hardcore Foo fan to say it, the album Concrete & Gold is inferior to everything else he/they've done. Only songs I really enjoy are T-shirt, Run, The Line, & the harder 2nd half of Dirty Water. The rest to me sounds like B-sides they've been collecting. I know a few will disagree, but I refuse to accept that C&G is 1 of their best. As a fan that's watched them live since 1996, I've been bummed out about the last release. Hopefully this new album will rock my face off.....whenever they decide to release unless they're waiting for their 26th anniversary? 😉 #FF25 #FF2020 OH WAIT, nevermind, #FF2021 since they can't even release a freaking SINGLE to hold us over! @@MarkoRokala Where did you hear Hendrix was his idol? His uncle gave him his first guitar and from what I remember he could only find a left handed guitar and instead of stringing it to be a right handed, he just kept it lefty.

I can't remember where I first heard that, but i think I have heard later from several places that he was a Hendrix fan. Can't recall any of them tho...
