The people who die from it are people who usually don't know whatever they took had fentanyl in it, or were so strongly dependent on opioids that their tolerance allowed them to take enough that it shut down their respiratory centers in the Pons, which is dose dependent so happens no matter the tolerance. The people who die of fentanyl overdoses are usually poor/middle class buying drugs that are impure. Not the type that the heir to the Swanson TV Dinner fortune ever associates with lol, let alone the regulars he surrounds himself with. I'll add that people are NOT dying from touching it, and those ads/billboards that say: a dose the size of a grain of sand can kill you....maybe if you were deathly allergic? Cops touching it and filming "overdoses" are bullshit. Transdermal is a special formulation and comes in the patches.
