Lol I’m cosplaying as him, but i have to cut the wig, and now I’m freaking out

+Alamapaca Cosplay Haha yeah, every wig I have ordered online (usually on Amazon because I never have enough money for better wigs haha) has come in the wrong colour, or the wig itself is just too big an fluffy looking on me. :U I once got a blue wig for Rei Ryugazaki from free, and it was perfect, but then I put it on and discovered that it looked huge compared to my face, and right then I knew that I would have to thin it out so much that I didn't even bother to finish styling it haha. It has been a year and I have yet to finish styling that blue wig! :'^)

you should try to buy wigs on aliexpress or ebay, they're amazing, you just have to be aware if the seller is a good seller (there's some video on youtube that explain how to choose correctly a wig on ebay) and they're cheap o/ this blonde wig, for example, comes from aliexpress and cost something like 13$ ? :B

The first time I cut a wig (for Dave cosplay coincidentally), it looked horrible!! I knew nothing about cutting hair, whether it be real or fake, and now I have a wig with one side longer than the other sitting in my closet forever unused.

Me too. The last time I cosplayed I got made fun of for being fat. But back then I was so much lighter too. Since then I gained 80 lbs. So now I am SUPER SCARED. I don't want to be judged anymore, and I think since people were making fun of me so much for it is why I gained weight. Because after that day I just kept eating to pass my time, where as before I was always busy making costumes...

KarKunt Ventas I was also pretty scared at first but my first con went really well and everyone was so nice ^^. I am not the skinniest person, but when you cosplay it's like your that fictional character that so many people admire. And interacting with other cosplayers through your characters lets you meet so many people. There's nothing to be afraid of and its a really great community overall ^^

+Phoebe Clark IYou need to brush your wigh with a comb hair, the same as I used ! Just after cutting, and you can also wash your wig if you're worried about the smaller hairs. Like that you'll be sure to not have this problem again :)

just a tip for you to keep up with the video: you can slow it down by hitting the settings wheel and clicking speed where it says normal. From there you just click 0.5 or 0.25 good luck !!

yes sorry I didn't want to put the video on the normal speed otherwise it would have last more than thirty minutes ! you can slow down the video in the setting ! :)

I don't know, I never went to a salon to cut my wig ! I think the best is asking directly there, but I guess they won't say no, because that's money :B

yes I think so ? I think some drag queen do this trick but I'm not sure, maybe look up for some tutorial !
