Former NSSF boss David Chandi Jamwa is urging the government to continue with the plan to relocate Luzira prisons to make way for a new and expansive facility that will curb the problem of congestion. Speaking to NTV in part two of our one-on-one with him, Jamwa shares his experience inside the prison where he wrote three drafts of books that he intends to publish in the near future. If you are old enough you would have seen the raid to his house and how the walls were being broken down revealing bags of cash he has stacked away. His wife who was a mere admin assistant at KYU used to drive some fancy BMW! Besides that, no Ugandan earning Ugandan shillings can afford to periodically fly to las Vegas to the casinos to gamble. It is a pity when someone who isn’t a westerner embezzles you all go into conspiracy mode to protect your own
