If you really want chills all over, react to David and Maggie Beth singing He's Still My Child. That is a three tissue song by Maggie Beth. Amazing and awesome. I love your reactions and this one is a must! Thanks for what you do for all your viewers.
There's no way I could hold it together singing this with my daughter. I'd be like you at the 7:30 point in your video, getting broken down by your feelings. Love you reaction Dennis!!
I'm not sure which I liked more, your comments or your reaction as the song touched you. This is probably the best critiquing I've heard from someone. I really love it. Your knowledge of the Word adds a very nice touch also. Well done Sir.
Absolutely Beautiful...Maggie Beth is stunning with here daddy, who Is the best ,male vocalist on this planet...Yes He wrote this with a little help from Gloria Giather....Love your reaction to this, i was doing good til I seen you tearin there buddy....which made the tears flow here...You are an awesome person, and your faith shines brightly May God Bless You and Your family!!!!
Thank you for reacting to this beautiful performance. I think your comments were exactly on point. David wrote a song many years ago, He’s Still My Child, that he never did anything with until he had Maggie Beth record it. Truly a beautiful song I think you would enjoy.
Maggie Beth was 17 during this performance, she obviously got her Daddy's singing gene. This song is incredible to see live. This performance is from David's Barn, where he has his Labor Day weekend Barn Bash and his CHRISTmas Barn Bash the weekend after Thanksgiving. They performed this for us at the Labor Day Barn Bash a few months after this taping, absolutely incredible!
@@RotcivVanDahl she was 14 in 2012 when she sang her first duet with her Dad,, I know that because I was at the 2012 Labor Day Barn Bash when David introduced her as his 14 year old daughter and then they sang the same song. This performance was from 2015, he did this concert lineup of songs at that years Labor Day Barn Bash, it was incredible, 14 +3=17.
Check out Maggie Beth singing He’s Still My Child, that David wrote, and her 1st performance ever at 14yrs old, Agnus Dei with David that he wrote, Those Tears I Died he sings with both daughters Maggie and Callie and Eye to Eye he sings with his son, Grant. And Song For Sinners from his new album because it’s soooooo good. She’s 17 here and this is David’s barn on his Tennessee cattle farm, that he converted to a theater.
I love how Maggie Beth reacted at the end. Just plain joy. So awesome. I’m sure her dad is proud. But just think of what our Heavenly Father must feel when seeing these two praise Him. Hallelujah Amen
Love your commentary, and love how it struck your emotions. David is the best singer artist I have ever heard, and Maggie Beth is an awesome singer as well. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
I can’t see to type, 😭. simply Phenomenal!!! My tears won’t stop cause of this extraordinary song & done from “ the best of the best”, David Phelps & his daughter Maggie Beth, both UNBELIEVABLE singers! The power, the spirit, coming from who they are singing about, Jesus Christ, our living water, delivered to us, with their gift of singing, like no one else can, leaving us speechless!! And I’m also inspired by you, who is doing this “ reaction” video! To know you can speak your heart about this song, from your own relationship with God personally, & be a witness of your words of your testimony, that’s so humbling, seeing your reaction , is not just being AMAZED by their voices, but to see you Amazed how great God is!! He is the living water & you share, you too, have drank from the fountain “ of this living water”! That , brings a joy to my heart , knowing your allowing God, to not just use David & Maggie Beth , in this video, to shine, but use you too,
Great reaction to this beautiful beautiful song/performance - finally hahahaha I have listened to this hundreds of times - and - just like nearly all David's performances, chills, goosebumps, tears - just pure blessing. Yes, Maggie stood up great to David (she does have a naturally high voice though), but the performance by them both was just unforgettable. Just please keep going with David - he is such a blessing. I find his older stuff better, and the more Christian stuff, and there are just so so so many, Let Freedom Ring, It Is Finished (Sydney), He's Alive, Star SPangled Banner (Legacy of Love) and Unchained Melody (recent). Just about anything he sings. Love love love him, he is truly blesed by God.
You absolutely have to react to Maggie singing He's still My child! David wrote it. The song is from Mary's view please react to it and maggie is solo on it and its a new video
David and Gloria Gaither wrote this song. Just makes the talent even that much more intense. I mean the only thing better than him singing is him singing with her.
love David Phelps, he has one of the strongest voices in popular christian music. my question to you is, what is wrong with your eyes ? they are sooooooo blood shot ?
Thank you for reacting to Water!! It is indeed a David Phelps original with lyrics written by David and Gloria Gaither. The style is almost like a “call and response” meant to mimic human communication. It’s absolutely stunning to hear David and Maggie Beth together. I agree with other that you should react to Maggie Beth singing He’s Still My Child. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mwUw9y0BwuU.html. I also would love to see your reaction to These Are They sung by Gaither Vocal Band live from Sydney Opera House ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TCn4DzdeSnM.html.
Sorry. Last suggestion. I couldn’t help myself. 😂 Here’s David just going downstairs to sing and play the piano. What a beautiful rendition. Enjoy. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jW3nmVHenq8.html&si=EnSIkaIECMiOmarE
I would call it Broadway Musical style. At first I thought it was the story of Isaac and Rebecca, or was it Jakob and Rachel? I get them confused sometimes.
You have to react to the Hoppers. Especially a song like Something's Happening. If you do that song do a version that says 2021 or 2022, I think it sounds cooler.
This song is the story of 'the woman at the well- drawing water from the well in the afternoon, a time she would not have to see all the other women of her community - Jesus tells her her life's story - married 5 times and living with someone, not her husband-- Jesus offers her 'living water', her sins forgiven and 'she'll never thirst again'-she returns to her community and tells everyone of the man who knew all about her life and the eternal life he gave for her - she is the first 'evangelist', shares the 'living water', Jesus offered her,
