Swift might have planned “to fall” when someone was there to witness it.

I take care of elderly dogs on the edge of death, and chronically-ill dogs undergoing chemotherapy. They creeeep slowly down the sidewalk, and tire easily, and everyone says, "What a sweet old doggie..." HOWEVER, the oldest, slowest, sickest MALE dog will see another MALE dog, and it's like, "COME ON!" He experiences a huge rush of male dog adrenaline, and he becomes young again, bursting into scream-barking, lunging, leaping, and trying to get at the other male dog...the adrenaline dump is a painkiller, and for the length of it, that dog is feeling no pain at all. I have to straddle him and hold him down, to keep him from attacking the other dog. He attacks, not because he is afraid, ill, anxious, feels threatened, etc... It is the nature of the male canine...survival of the fittest. People don't believe me when I tell them that a Grandpa doggie, on the edge of life and death, will suddenly get back his strength, speed, and agility when he gets that adrenaline rush. When it wears off, usually very quickly, once the distance between the dogs increases, he is exhausted, and reverts to frailty and pain. Maybe Swift, in pain, injured, crutch-worthy, experienced a rush of adrenaline, and it gave him the strength and stamina to carry out the murder.

I lived and grew up next to the Bona’s. David is guilty AF and we all knew it. What this judge is allowing this defense team to do is an abomination.

Sorry, no. The judge has to uphold a fair and impartial trial. You thinking the defendant is guilty does not give free reign for the judge to run roughshod over his rights. And furthermore the state has given literally zero evidence that David killed his wife, absolutely zero forensic or scientific proof that he actually did anything. All they have is wheeling out a handful of witnesses that have had historic antagonism with David even before his wife died and would relish seeing him convicted. Or there was the woman that told one story but completely disintegrated when the defence cross-examined her.

@@countryroad9827She’s just saying it was inappropriate for him to wear something so casual to take the stand. Like he should have something more professional on, I think.
