@Vican Rare (RAREWARE) was acquired by Microsoft in 2002! The donkey kong rights remained with nintendo but it still the same company! They kept the (almost) same logo and game aesthetic until nowdays. Just look at sea of thieves and whoever is a donkey kong fan can see the design resemblance.

I love this song!! I remember when I first got to the black out level, which were pretty hard as a kid, while thinking "that´s not a bad level to get stuck"

@@poudink5791 To begin with, it's quite unique. I haven't heard anything like it, not even close, including the other songs from the DKC series. The sound is fantastic for SNES standards (try listening with headphones) especially the ambience and effects, gotta love that guitar feedback at the beginning. Finally, the song is just great composition-wise, the marimba is as catchy as it gets lol, the "drop" (at 00:47 on this video) always gives me shivers, and the melodic part that comes after that is simply beautiful. It's a surprisingly good match for the creepy factory setting in the game, and that's what makes it a top-notch piece of videogame music.
