@@acts17polemics The final comment you made really opened my eyes, recently I a old friend tried to bring me in a kind of magician cult of a person in the Bible I just told him I'd look into it, I'm gonna try to guide him to Christ.
@@kushalbhosale7498 That's awesome. If your church can host either Dr. D Wood or Br. Rachid for giving a talk, that would be very great. A lot of Christians living in the US and the Western world have very little knowledge about this "peaceful" religion and how it is ruining everything in the world.
I adore David. What a treasure he is to this nation and Christians. My husband was diagnosed with anti-social personality disorder, but with therapy and age, it can get better. He was severely neglected as a child... single mother... on drugs. She held a gun to his head at age 9. He ran away at 16 and ended up a juvenile delinquent. Mostly stealing things and cars. We met in our 40s, and he's a totally different man. He can trust now. At least he trusts me. He's not a psychopath by the way. He loves animals. Very kind and caring to me but he is disgusted by humanity in general. Very high iq but gets frustrated with people. Amazing sense of humor. I know God put him in my life for a reason. ❤
That's good you met your husband. Sorry to hear about his traumatic childhood. I pray you two have a fulfilling married life where you two can be blessing to one another and also bless others. If your husband is going to church and reading the Bible, that will help him with healing from past wounds as he grows in his Christian faith. 🙏🙌✝️
"What a treasure he is to Christians & this Nation"... Wow ... I have to say as someone who is NOT a Christian & will never be one... I'm actually impressed by your phrasing. See I'm Jewish, among other things, and proud. However, David Wood has done a lot of good work exposing dangerous anti-semitic stuff in Islam so I am appreciative of him.
What an incredibly precious and beautiful vessel of the Holy Spirit you are for just your suffering husband, to love and forgive and be the rock when he simply couldn’t because of such a long period of abuse on him for a while.
I dont think all psychopaths are cruel to animals. Ted bundy was, but not all psychopaths are murderers either. Thank God for that. Because there are many of them haha
Jesus spoke Aramaic. The Aramaic word for God is Elah which is pronounced the same as Allah. The Hebrew word for God is Elohim. Quran, verse 2:62 of chapter 2 - "Surely, those who believed in Allah, and those who are Jews, and Christians, and Sabians, -whosoever believes in Allah and in the Last Day, and does good deeds - all such people will have their reward with their Lord" Wake up people we are being pinned against each other by ignorant people like this who preach hate.
@thestruggleisallthatmatter8833 rashid doesnt lie, i follow him closely and he is a genuine good person. Unlike you abduls who try to discredit anyone who criticizes the lying pedophile prophet

David's testimony is like a hardcore genre with attempted homicide crime, jail, fasting to the skin and bones, wrestling with God and then surrender, accepting Christ. Mine is like jazz/swing genre. Born from Muslim family, became atheist because lack of spiritual fulfillment in Islam, then heard the full brief story of the Gospel from David, learned more about Jesus, went to church for the first time on Good Friday, confessed my sins and accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior by the heart. I just went with the flow, though my mind marvelled at first but my spirit couldn't resist the Holy Spirit's guidance. Thank you David, for you so loved your son, that you showed that God loves us all, that whosoever believe in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. GBU.
Great to hear about your testimony. I'm so happy that you follow Lord Jesus and his commandments. I was also born in a Muslim family. Jesus came and rescued me from this religion and brought me to his light. The gift of new life that he gave me is unlike anything in this world. ✝️🙏🙌
Welcome home brother! Jesus' love is capable to find us through EVERY kind of path, based on our personal stories. He needs only our "Yes" and he will hug us and never let us go. ❤
Hallelujah! All the angels are rejoicing because you have chosen to put your total trust in Jesus as your Savior and your God!! Please do continue to keep your heart and mind focused on Jesus Christ who is the Author and the Finisher of your faith, who reveals the heavenly Father to you by the Holy Spirit, for one day you will see Him face to face!!!
The videos timing is fascinating. A young man just stopped by our house last night, Abdi, to sell us Vivint. I asked if he was a Muslim bc his name cued me. When he affirmed I started apologizing him. I cited Surah 15:9 as a reason islam is ridiculous and the end result of the like hour long talk is that he said he’ll go to church with us and I was making him seriously think about it. Excited cuz we have another xian brother on our hands
I love your story. It's similar to mine in some ways. I was in and out of a lot of psych hospitals growing up. I had so many "diagnoses" it isn't even funny and was on and off so many different medicines. Today, I take no psych meds and don't even see a therapist. Praise JESUS! I actually tried islam many years ago. I became so obsessed with it, I memorized the prayer in almost one day (not the same day I took shahadah lol). I started learning Arabic and reading the qur'an in Arabic. By the way, Nabeel is awesome! He left us too soon!
9:29 "I sat up and the entire world looked different. Like everything had changed colors somehow. It was like I was in a different place". Yes! I remember that very same feeling the night I got Born Again; watching God of Wonders.
How can you claim to be both a narrow-minded bigot and a born-again Christian? Narrow-minded bigots have no part in the kingdom of God. Maybe you have a different Jesus from the one I worship because the Jesus that I know wouldn't honor the Confederacy.
The world around me became more vivid when I finally surrendered to God. There is a hymn "Loved with everlasting love" by George Wade Robinson (1838-1877) that has a verse that expresses this experience: Heaven above is softer blue, Earth around is sweeter green; Something lives in every hue Christless eyes have never seen: Birds with gladder songs o’erflow, Flow’rs with deeper beauties shine, Since I know, as now I know, I am His, and He is mine.
David your testimony is just amazing. Really love the video you made about it in the subway. It made my cry Especially when you said everything changed when you gave yourself to Jesus. In the video, you came from the dark subway to upstairs in the lighting world. You said you saw everything different It still gives me chills Much love to you David and God bless your amazing work for Christ
There's one that goes into even more detail 30 or 40 minutes long. I'm trying to remember where I watched it though. I was looking for it. My husband was diagnosed with anti-social personality disorder stemming from severe neglect as a child.... single mother, drug addict. She put a gun to his head at age 9. He ran away at 14. Ended up in prison for 6 years. We met in our 40s and he's greatly improved with therapy and having a healthy environment and trust in me that took years to build. He's so smart...I don't know if he is a believer or not and when I try to talk to him he says stuff like "well if there is a God , he hates me" .. stuff like that. In his head why would God allow him to be abused as a child. He's not a psychopath but he does not like humanity in general. I can't get him to talk about Christianity. He won't go there but I keep trying. He used to go to church when he briefly lived with his grandmother at 18. I worry he'll never give in just out of sheer stubbornness. The way we met ....I feel was God putting him in my life.. Long story. If I find David's longer story I'll come back and link it.
It’s so good to get a shortened version of Mr. Wood’s testimony. I was telling my family about it and now I can show it to my girls. The longer version in the subway tunnel is amazing, but I feel my girls would have lost interest because of its length. Thank you for sharing this video!
Good point you made David about how all these "guys in the bible" (the apostles) who died for their faith in Jesus. They died because they chose not to reject/deny that Jesus is God and Lord & Savior. So they killed them. So you connected the dots and said "Hey let me give faith in Jesus a go." Then the truth from the Holy Spirit filled you and now you know the truth. The truth will set you FREE!! Blessings PS When I became Saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. I also saw the world differently. I would walk outside and saw the pine needles on the Pinetree and thought "Wow the Lord made each one of these pine needles". Everything got magnified and stood out to me. I also had a heart for the Muslims when I first became Saved. I would pray for them so bad that I had tears in my eyes and wept for their false religion and god. However, I also never cried for a pet that died or cried when a human died but yet I cried for the Muslims who do not know Jesus. Hmmm Interesting, right!?
Ephesians 6:12 ► For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Thank you brother Rachid for having the courage to speak out as a former adherent of islam. It truly is a blessing to have some Christian brothers and sisters who know how to reason with muslims from their own writings , from the koran and hadiths for information. It inspires me and encourages me to hear you and your guests.
David's story shows the difference between truth and Islam. He shares everything about his past, the man who after becoming a Christian walked into a police station and confessed his crimes. Thus is what Christianity teaches, not to hide our sins, not to cover up sons, but to confess our sins because God will forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The difference between Christianity and Islam is light vs darkness, truth vs lies, honesty vs deception, study vs ignorance. In short, God vs Satan. Muslims, open your eyes and seek to know the true God instead of worshipping a false prophet and following a religion of darkness and oppression. Come to the light. Jesus loves you.
The difference I find; between comments from people who Islamic, vs Christian is rather simple. Islam condemns one’s past and has no forgiveness for it. Christians celebrate a man’s honesty and encourage a forward trajectory. Big difference. Islam is a religion of captivity through incomplete doctrine. Christianity is a complete doctrine that takes captivity captive. Words can tear down, and build up. Words can harm, or help. Christians need to be careful not to be speaking death to those in Islam either. Condemning them (personally), through attacks on their intelligence or posterity is simply abuse dressed in sheep’s clothing. We are to love our Islamic brothers and sisters. The Jesus of the Bible was clear about this. “What is it to love those that love you? Rather, love your enemies, and do good to those that hate you.” Muhammad could not ascribe to that type of love. He took vengeance and was spiteful. Serving the god of this world through earthly lusts and pursuits; while preaching a “higher order” of discipline and submission to God. Unfortunately, he submitted to the god of this world (Satan). And became the largest false prophet in the history of the world. Truly submitting to God, means challenging yourself to learn to love your neighbors and enemies. If you are Islamic, can you do that? If you can’t, perhaps your ideology is incomplete. Because while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Islam can’t tolerate imperfection, sacrifice, and tolerance of others beliefs. That doesn’t mean there aren’t nice and welcoming Muslims. I’ve met many. And many have suffered terrible fates, and still just want peace and happiness. But true happiness is dying to self daily. Picking up our cross and following Christ. That means, we must also be willing to admit when we are wrong, make mistakes, and need correction. God Bless, Mishael
The little henchmen of the dawagandists are clinging on anything bad about David wood to talk about and to boast how good they are thankfully finding people like this is rare where I live
I grew up in a Christian household, and it is common for people in that environment to say they "don't have a testimony." When I was in college, a girl said that, and I turned to her and said, "Did your father grow up in a Christian home?" She said he did not, and told me his testimony, and the mistakes and regrets he had. "God spared you from those same mistakes," I said. "That is your testimony, and you are the fulfillment of his testimony."
❤This! God knows how to get the attention of HIS sheep 😊. God bless you DW for sharing your journey with us. You're part of the revolution, let the mass exodus continue 😉💪🏾
There wouldn't be anything of substance. Del's single argument is, "Well, I'm not convinced. I don't know what would convince me, so I literally will never know if I am even convinced." Del uses this scapegoat for anything. Wood loves slamming Islam. Wood is good at preparing content to present. But he's not a great in-the-moment speaker, either from his own knowledge or responding to something unexpected. This statement of opinion comes from me having watched him in such scenarios in other YT videos.
Love to you both , brothers. Thanks for sharing so much insight into the nature of islam and how muslims believe and think about many issues. And to My favorite sarcastic brother and clinical psychopath, David Wood; brother you are brilliant and so glad you came to saving faith in Jesus Christ. I have learned so much about islam since i started listening to your broadcasts. I had read Nabeel’s books, “Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus,” and “No God But One” and read about YOU, and became interested in learning more about you two. Then he tragically passed away only a few years after i had read his books, but by that time, i was following your work online already. I admire your boldness and contribute it both to your faith in Jesus Christ and the sure hope of eternal life, and partly to you’re being a psycho, with absolutely no fear of these people.haha. They do not respect timidity and while you may not always be liked, i’m sure they realize by now that you are no coward like many Believers come across to them as, for lack of boldness in their stance for Jesus. The time is short and we cannot be lazy in taking a bold stand for the Lord. I have utmost admiration to all my former muslim brothers and sisters in Christ. They know exactly what could happen to them for leaving islam to follow Jesus , and yet they love muslim people enough to risk witnessing to them anyway. Some are so publicly fearless it has challenged me to be bold as well. Like Hatun Tash and others. Thanks for the programs.
This was great. I just found out about David the other day. I thought he was going to end with "don't attack your dad with a hammer", but the advice of engaging with people of other faiths was probably the better way to go, lol.
Dark Past exposed?? You made it public information in your testimony that you were clinically diagnosted as a psychopath and went to jail for a murder attempt on your father. Is this something worse than that?
@ryanprosper88 Looks like you don't realize that ironic tones are not audible in text; hence, the need for post scripts like j/k and /sarc. Good job winning the internet for the day.
Yes David has shared his testimony prior to this but are you saying he shouldn't repeat it for those who didn't already hear it? Our testimony whoever we are is something that can be repeatedly told to glorify God.
I seem to recall a testimony from one of your other channels where you spoke about your Hillbilly background and some difficulties that you were going through at that time. It seemed very raw and honest, and somehow it drew me to respect you and your ministry more. As a self-identified Hillbilly, do you have a perspective on Vice-Presidential candidate Vance?
"The Sorrows of Young David", a.k.a "Crime and Punishment" :) Yup, many young people go through this period of life when they think that they are absolutely unique, thus they can are allowed to do things that are forbidden to others. Until they learn they arent. Too bad you cannot persuade someone out of it until he get himself in a humbling situation. Man, St. Paul and St. Augustine of Hippo had really troubling life too before they accepted Jesus. I really like David's testimony, I am not the fan of hitting people with the hammer however ;)
I have an answer, where does Jesus Christ say I am God worship me Answer: John 3:16(only begotten Son)... begotten means he is of the same substance with God, so He is God. Thanks David wood for your inspirations
I love your testimony DW and I could listen to a 60 minute version of how it all went down. But this dude really irritates me with his interruptions! 😂
I started learning about religion about age5 and decided to find out for sure if God exists at age 13. After many years, I finally discovered that Joseph Campbell was right. "All the gods, all the heavens, and all the hells are in you." Their imaginary.
I have been wondering if in Islam they have the 10 Commandments . I think they say they have Moses as a Prophet but did he bring the Commandments to them.
Oh, I thought I was following a channel about reason and logic apologetics, and analysing islam from that standpoint, not a christian apology which is just as nuts, just resulting in less unneccesary suffering. I appreciate that your critique is never based on your own personal religion, though, but a bias is a bias. I am unsuscribing, thank you anyway
IT TURNS OUT THAT NOT ONLY JESUS WAS ABLE TO RAISE THE DEAD, PETER COULD TOO. ACTS 9: 36-41 36. Now there was at Joppa A certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. 37. And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died; whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber. 40. But PETER put them all forth , and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up 41. And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive. WHY DIDN'T PETER BE GOD TOO ??
Since you're so interested in Peter, why don't you follow Peter's teachings? Peter told you that his power comes from the Holy Spirit. Peter tells you to worship Jesus the Son of God as LORD and Savior. Peter tells you that there is NO WAY to salvation but through Jesus Christ the crucified and RISEN Lord.
@@Bracha-pv6cu My God is Allah. Why should I worship Jesus or Peter who were also created by God like me ? That comment is for you as human worship man..
I'm too scientific to be a believer. G.od is a fact, the miracles are facts, Israel, Moshé are facts, Hebron is a fact, the temples are facts. I don't believe, i know. Evene if sometimes it's hard and painfull.
