Striking Scorpions are the best infantry melee units in Warhammer 40k. Of course they win most fights one on one. They have the durability of a Space Marine the speed of the Elder the best and most skilled leadership with an Exarch being one of the oldest living things in the galaxy doing only war and only melee war for longer than even before the emperor was handed his own ass by his son. Add in the fact that they have stealth and surprise on their side and you have a squad of warriors that no one should underestimate.

1) Chose Eldar 2) Chose Scorpions as one of elite 3) Annihilate

Bonesinger teleport harass & melee > striking scorpions shield gen > falcon - GG - every game I've seen with Bikerush the Falcon looks like the early m8/Quad/Puma from CoH that wipes your opponent off the field and with already advantage in the early game capping with bonesinger teleport and fleet of foot there seems to be no comeback possible at the moment.
