The contracts are to trade with villagers. Each contract is for a different trade type, so an engineer is a villager who will trade red stone stuff, as I recall. There are also the usual trades, like mason and librarian, plus some new ones like engineer and butcher. Doing the quests like you did here using the quest log can be expensive, as it says, but the alternative is to find the correct villager (engineer, librarian, etc) and hope that the contract quest randomly comes up. They are not commonly offered, and can be annoying, so paying the price in the quest screen can be the way to go for many people. (Yeah, I mentioned this briefly in a comment on another video, but my comments are to help viewers as well, so just in case someone sees this video first, now they know)

Create is locked behind the Knight Rober, who as I recall is the next boss. I'm surprised it let you do as much as it did. 'level 2 knowledge' just means still locked, and each thing is separate, knowledge isn't all encompassing. So you still can't fish because you need level 2 knowledge in that (18 emeralds, i think), you can't use an enchant table because you need level 2 knowledge in that (Nine Tails), etc.

@@LanSirr I was vanilla Minecraft and bedrock edition for most of my two years or so in the game. Dawncraft was my first mod pack, and it... Was amazing. The only other mod pack I've played is Create: Perfect World, which is a Mr. Beardstone pack, and I'm currently running that on my server. Create is awesome, love it... You're welcome to drop by and raid my server some time if you like and we can play around with Create stuff =) I posted a comment from home last night but apparently I didn't click send or something because it isn't here, but... I also talked about Farmers' Delight. So here is that part! Farmers' Delight has four new crops: onion, cabbage (largely used as lettuce), tomatoes, and rice. You can find these growing wild in the world, but can also find seeds in chests. Chests in villages very often have seeds, just watch your line of sight, obviously. Farmers' Delight also has new meat products. If you kill most animals with a knife, they can drop animal fat (pretty sure I haven't seen a chicken do this) and pigs can drop ham. Using a knife on a cutting board with meat or cabbage in your off hand will cut the meat into be products, like hamburger. Most of these secondary products can be used in place if the originals, and usually double- one stack of cabbage becomes two stacks of cabbage leaves and can be used in most recipes the same.
