Search Spellbook in you're crafting menu and the Spellbooks will pop up (its called a Spellbook) and there are different types of magic armour that helps with different classes of wizard (I like shadow walker armour because it increases ender and Void Spells damage, ender and void Spells do the most damage and are cool like magic missile, black hole and void tenticals)

To make the armour you need blank runes and 8 or 9 enderpearls for ender runes and blank runic tablets and arcane wool made from wool and arcane essence all of the above resources are found in structures from the irons spells and spellbooks mod.

Shadow mane- crafts directly into two ender pearls, which are used in making warp stones (which are then used to make waystones, but you should always keep a warp stone- teleport to any active waystone for no exp cost but has a 5 min cool down). You'll also want eyes of enders if you want an exp pump upgrade for your back pack. You want this. Wandering traders will occasionally sell blaze powder and eyes of ender, which is invaluable if you don't want to lock your world in hard mode by going to the nether yet

You dont need the arcane anvil it is for upgrading spells to do higher damage
