Thanks for posting the video… would be more helpful if you can analyze in slow motion like you did with Lindan ‘s video

Sure thing! I'll see how this video performs, if people are interested at all. If not, I'll probably hold off on Days 2-5, and I'd be happy to do a slow motion analysis of Lin Dan. Those are always fun to make :) Thanks for taking the time to comment and leave feedback!

This was very good. I am actually following the same kind of plan where you have goal and you break it down into little smaller goals or steps in order to get to that goal. It’s worked fairly well for me as someone has who started played playing in my mid 30s and without having access to a coach. One of the hardest things is to trying to do this method without real time feedback from someone who knows what they are talking about. But even without that , it is possible to make steady progress. Recording your games and training is key to make progress! Cool video thanks again for the content 😎🏸
