yes!! but I’ve realized over the years that I never feel better when I don’t exercise, but I also learned that that doesn’t mean that you always have to go to the gym and lift weights! any form of exercise is great
What helped me is still being slightly active, whenever I don’t go to the gym I go to the park or the lake and go for a walk , not much but it still keeps me motivated for the rest of the week

I love this, so relaxed and down to earth. I struggle a lot with definition, after my daughter was born some fat in my belly just never left even though I train and eat healthy . If so, how frequent is it (weekly, bi-weekly) and what sorts of foods can you eat (anything at all)? I'm on my post-partum fat loss journey after have two kids close together. Honestly I do t think I could do the whole bulk cut bulk cut thing, I think your physique looks great either way! Personally I feel like it would occupy too much mental effort tracking calories and changing my training for whatever phase I’m in, obviously do whatever you enjoy girl, and I guess it’s part of your job as well! Just a quick tip for your matcha powder. Don't store it in a glas container. Good matcha powder should be kept away from sun/ light exposure in order to keep its fragrance. A container which is not see-through is a better option. 👍🏻
