We made it here on the ground for our first day site visit. Was an exciting day seeing our home in real life again, were suprised how much bigger the world rooms are and the space outside were super happy. Stay tuned for more raw footage.

You did very well Prince and Nikki! You raced through the building itself with Bolt speed and the roofing just opened a lot of people eyes to all the roofing possibilities outside of Ghana at very reasonable prices. The kitchen is huge and I hope you place a nice wide island in the middle so you can eat breakfast and talk to the chef at the same time. The house is also nicely built.

Thank you for your kind words. Yes the roofing options are possible when you look. We sure are having Island. The Boys are currently plastering. Let’s race and get the house finished haha. Thanks

@@princenikki Enjoy the moments because they’re exhilarating. From nothing on the ground to something great standing in that place is always a wonder. The only other place I have seen your kind of roofing is the fabulously rich neighborhood in Kumasi where land prices is around $155,000 per plot

You have installed bars on the windows. (They are simple but sleek, by the way. They will blend nicely with the windows. Very good choice.) But you have a large opening at the back, which I believe will be a glass door or panel. How are you going to protect that, in terms of security?

Yes we have gone for a simple design which will overlay as much as possible with the windows to minimise view disruption. With the large openings they are also secured we have hidden parsico which is fitted. Stay tuned for more videos
