Thank you for your efforts. I liked the flow & the pace of instructions. You are definitely a beautiful & enriched soul. Both my hips & hamstrings are very tight at the moment. While doing chakko chalan asana I am having muscle cramp near hips joint. How to avoid while this asana?

This could be because lack of potassium, also do a lot of butterfly pose before you do chakki chalan 🙏😊

Thanks for the yoga videos,I have recently been doing some yoga since a month but while walking from parvat asana I feel some sensation or slight discomfort in left heel, is this normal, should i continue, I don’t feel it in parvat asana but when i walk towards my hand as you have shown in video
