Our first day on the Chemin du Puy from Le Puy-en-Velay to Saint-Privat d' Allier and we got lost right out of the gate! Ended up on the Stephenson Trail (GR 70) for four hours. Ugggg. This video has an introduction that discusses how we got lost and what you need to keep a look out for so you don't get lost. We ended up walking only 9.32 miles (15km) today as we took a taxi for a bit after getting lost.
We stayed at Gite Le Saint Privat. An amazing place and would highly recommend it!
