Day 1 with the Conext CSW 4048 (230V)

The Schneider Electric Conext SW 4048 is now connected to the Combox and the Conext MPPT 60 150. It is the strong silent type. The lights don't blink when motor loads come on and the fans don't come on when a load starts. The device gets warm before the fan kicks on. I am loving it. I will be connecting the combox soon

Well ,the metal plate that comes with mine also don't match ...now i know why.Mine is the 4048 ,48 volts inverter.

Did you find any faults with the Schneider inverter I want a good 48v inverter to buy

Hello Omar. They are very good inverters. If you want to run closed loop lithium or customized batteries they have limitation on the charge and discharge. Outside of that they are great

I found with the lithium a low float sometimes wakes the absorb now this is different than what the common thought is, for instance my ESmart lithium want Bulk 14.4V Absorb 14.6V Float 13.6V or the multiple of each for higher voltage batteries

Thanks for watching and commenting. Sadly my Victron only gives two options absorb and float. It does not give a third. I hope Victron pushed through a firmware update to address this deficiency. I hope all is well with you

The Victron does not. You can turn the PV off or turn the charger off. I am asking why I have been buying them. The Conext MPPT 60150 has all those features

Congratulations Dr Solar and thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience as usual. Schneider inverters/controllers appear to be more reasonably priced than other European brands like Victron, Studer and SMA. It will be nice if you compare them to these and Fangpusun in future videos.

They are priced about the same. However they are a much larger entity than their European competitors. They have a footprint everywhere you go. Fangpusen is a clone of the European brands so you expect them to perform like the original. Durability is still suspect on the fangpusun products. Growatt is not yet up to par with the battery inverters yet but in time they will get it right. Thank you for watching and commenting
