Heather, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for all the work you do❤ I have been an active person, a runner, my whole life, until this 2020 event happened and my life was ruined. I didn’t manage to do even simple Pilates, yoga, none of it, without overdoing it. No matter which plan or routine I tried I simply couldn’t get back to movement, exercise daily. Until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition last year and, while I was broken at first, in one of the FB groups a member mentioned she is doing your low impact program and had no crash from it. I was eager to try it! Well, I not only did it but I managed to exercise with you since then, consistently for 3.5 months already. I can move again, I can feel my muscles, my body. I am eternally grateful to you! ❤

Mamma mia! I did this today and my legs and butt definitely felt the burn and it was a true killer. I have been a follower of yours for 3 years or more and and I have been doing only your workouts which are my sertonine dose I need to get throughout my days . I have back issues and recently had a setback. I knew I had to start strength training ASAP. While I have to modify many exercises I am committed to staying through this for 12 weeks. So thank you, as always.
I love to end the week with these killer lower body routines ! Day 5 was hard but this one omg led my booty feeling so strong and hard lol ! I felt like it grew 2 sizes ! The pump is real

Firstly this is the first thing I check when I wake up a) what the exercises are and b) what outfit Heather has on. This outfit was fire 🔥 So proud of myself it’s 33 degrees Celsius here and I showed up and did this and went up 1kg in weight each round feeling sweaty but proud
I'm little late with the program cyz in my period days i rest and go for a walk.. I did day 9 and 10 together.. I really loved the shoulder mobility part... Feeling so refreshed

Wow. So I completed the first round and then took a break for 5 hrs something bcs life as a busy mom of 2! Just completed the last 2 rounds and wow the 2nd round really burned 🔥 Loved the feeling after completing the workout! week 2 done!
