I forgot to mention that I'm trying my first batch of apple cider vinegar from my apple scraps. My day 6 is dehydrating 4 huge tomatoes and some tommy toes.
Yay! Let me know how the apple cider vinegar goes. I'm still baby watching mine daily. I have fermentation bubbles but the color isn't really changing. What I have read is it can take a month or two. I'm just waiting and learning with it. The tomatoes sounds delish! Defiantly continue keeping me updated! It makes me excited to hear that others are doing it as well!
Thank you! I have not. We go through so many eggs a week I would like to water glass many more gallons that way I have some without running out. I've heard great things about it though! I've heard they taste the same. I wonder if maybe they taste a little different because a bloom isn't as good. I know that is why you cannot wash them or the protective bloom is destroyed and the lime enters the egg making it not edible. I forgot to mention it was my first time. I do apologize for that. I hope maybe that helps!
