The hat worn by the smoker guy on the lawnmower could be from India in the mountains region abutt the Himalayan range and is called Bushehri topi or Kullu cap.
They're terrible as soon as they get over 2000 people.. Small towns are literally the best tho.. I live in a town of 48 and everyone looks out for each other and their property.
