Enjoy 2023. Its going to get a lot tougher in the SEC. GL on the diet. Started carnivore Monday after 9 months on keto. Down 60+ pounds since last Halloween. Trying carnivore for a month. So far so good. Keto fixed some things. Weight down. No longer obese. BMI is 21.9. Eyesight is actually better. I'm 64 so that is a very good thing. Sinuses have actually cleared up a lot. Never heard anyone talk about that one. I don't have the clear mind that many talk about. Worse thing is I still have Tinnitus. Hope carnivore fixes that. Go VOLS!!!

I take only a Zyrtec in the morning. I stopped snoring! Nice to have a normal BMI isn’t it? Do you have mold allergies, amalgam fillings, or any potential heavy metal toxicities? These things can cause continued brain fog and tinnitus even with a carnivore diet.
I think I would need some one to help film that. I can recommend Molly Burke’s channel. She is blind and uses a guide dog. Now that would be the ultimate in dog training. She shares a lot on her channel about her experience in getting and using a guide dog. They are truly amazing.
I am expecting my eyesight to improve! It is going to take another corneal transplant in my right eye as this one failed. Then once it has healed, I will have a corneal transplant in the left eye. Hoping to preserve my vision for a few years more. ❤
I have made pemmican and I love it. Now, I am going to have to start making it in huge quantities! I do well with sardines. The metal cans are heavy, so I bought a vacuum sealer. I love jerky too. It just doesn’t have enough fat.
