For me the struggle is the opposite... It's been 6 months of clean eating. lost 40 lbs, without any exercise. I find the gym aspect difficult. I don't know where to start, also a bit scared. I have 90 more lbs to go and I want to sculpt from now. Initially wanted to save my knees from unnecessary injuries, but I think it's time to introduce light exercises.
@@birdseye_2020 just walk, you dont need a gym for that unless you want to. And buy light waights. No need to go to the gym if you are not used to it. Unless you need to see people around you to get motivated. But yes, start light. Any movement burns calories, shapes the body.
For me training is way harder, not the consistency but actually pushing sets to failure, sometimes your mind tells you you can’t handle the weight when you actually can. Pushing through that is the hardest part for me!
I absolutely agree with this. Gymrats as us now that the hardest part of bodybuilding is learning how to eat healthy and how adapt our diets to our goals. Kisses from a Spanish bored girl ajajaja
That’s awesome, I love seeing people succeed in life. I started losing weight back in September and I’m at my 3/4 way mark I’ve got 15-16 lbs left to go. You look great!
Success ? You mean the ones that also make lots of money and got college degrees ? Well not all of us can do that, that's why I am glad I stay away from people like you all, only care about urselfs... Nothing wrong with having certain mind sets, but it's more then what meets the eye with how you humans think at times......
@@michael2592careful, women don’t like hearing that the way they are or are trying to be is unhealthy even if it’s true 😂 But yeah you’re right. It’s okay to get down around 11% for a temporary period for women but maintaining less than 14% for a long period of time is unhealthy. For men it’s way lower. I think like 6 for temporary and 8-10 for long term.
@faithwdeng for men your numbers are a bit low on what's healthy. 10 is fairly lean and 8 would be the temporary. 12-15 is pretty good longterm. Although as all things it depends largely on the person. But yeah social media is toxic for women. If you are too fat it's okay if you are too skinny you are also healthy lol. Some people don't like the facts
Girl, this is crazy! You’ve majorly earned my respect. This is super hard, especially as a female. You’re doing incredibly! Keep it up and stay strong!
Just as a heads up to anybody watching; she probably already has a single digit percent of body fat. You should not strive to have as little fat as possible. Having an extremely low body fat percentage and maintaining it isn't going to be healthy for most people. You need some fat to help regulate your hormones and have healthy body function. You can look up annecdotes from many female body builders where they talk about the outcomes of being in a prolonged cut. It is common to have decreased energy, loss of libido, hair loss, and missed periods. The woman in this video makes a living from this and has a lot more time and money to invest in her body than most people. This is by no means a realistic goal for someone looking to get healthier.
She's very lean, but probably more like 20%, which would be the male equivalent of around 10%. Definitely the low side of what's considered a healthy bf, and most people can't comfortably stay around this range, it's highly variable
People who work full time, need to buy their own groceries, clean their household and still want to have time for friends, family and maybe even kids, probably will notice that this takes up all their free time and is a quite superficial and egocentric hobby. Dont get me wrong, I would love to have that body and I also work out a few hours a week, which is almost all of my free time next to necessary tasks. But I feel like the internet is all about extremes to get the views, especially in terms of fitness. All or nothing. So little healthy balance.
@@rockyevans1584she's closer to 15% and under. That's definitely not 20%. She doesn't have much muscle, but she's extremely lean for a female. However, you missed the commenter points, which they hit the nail on the head.
@tacticaltalent nah, 15 percent is crazy for a gal. We can agree to disagree there. If you got past the first half of my first sentence you'd see I agreed with the commenter's point and added a couple things. Check it out
Thank you 🙏 and I would say about 3 months in. I still have a ways to go but I have learned through watching RU-vid and trial and error. Diet, nutrition and strength training are key factors 🤩🥰
Thanks for sharing this! I’ve recently started going to the gym and working out with weights (I’ve been a yoga girl for many years at home, resulting in leaner body toning). Navigating the gym/equipment and figuring a routine based around this has been an interesting yet fun journey. I am seeing results where I am gaining muscle. My eyes and mind are still adjusting to the changes in my physique but I’m loving the new challenge and the new me. Your video is a great starting point on where I can organize my daily workouts to tackle different sections of my body. Thanks
@@LeeMuayThai I really appreciate your help. Do you suggest anything in particular for someone just starting out? Like maybe older videos? Or newer ones are ok too? Or just go at my pace?
@@Demi1369 any of her videos should work. She sometimes does the advanced movements but there are always easier versions of the movements you can substitute until your core gets stronger. Her videos focus on a slow burn, good form, and muscle-mind connection rather than just pumping out a bunch of reps to show off like some fitness influencers

Are you implying that she was "sexualizing" herself? Tell me how. Cuz her glutes were showing? Guess what, they are muscles that she worked hard for, just as men show off their biceps. Do you accuse them of sexualizing themselves? Or is it just a double standard?
@@Asiwnsk I don’t recall making a comment about her gender lol. But absolutely men and women content creators sexualize themselves - it’s unfortunate you’re too indoctrinated to see how sexualized it is
i use to work long hours..still would goto gym at 10pm. Back in 2016 until early 2020. Goal is to just make yourself reach gym..then the environment works on you and its much easier
@@pratapdas8116 that's not applicable to everyone, though. Lots of female watchers, which are the bulk of her audience, have children, on top of working. Dedicating 6 days a week to the gym is not realistic.
Most of the people that have time to do these rigorous workout schedules are social media influencers who make money from literally working out and sharing there workouts, don't have it kids, work from home, etc. Personally as a full time working mom I aim to be active daily for 15-30 minutes. Some days I may do an hour if time allows. Be realistic and do what works for you!
I have 9-6 job. 7 year old. Part time job I Normally do 10pm-12am. Working out helps me with increased energy and stress relief. Gym is religiously 6.30 to 8pm. I take my 7 year old with me to the gym, some days there are kids classes at the same time so i pay for him to also be active, others he plays with other kids there. Get home to dinner bath and bedtime for him! You have to make it a priority for your body! I deleted Facebook and IG apps and only see motivational vids on RU-vid occasionally! I realized those apps consumed more than one hour of my life daily so... I put myself before them :) ❤ try it 😊
You look awesome!!!! Can’t wait until I get toned tummy. It’s toned but I want it just like yours lol!!! I have had 3 kids but my waist and all is small. I’m at 34-26-38. I run early at 6 miles most everyday than lift 6 hrs later. High protein diet and low calorie. Just waiting patiently for the abs to come!!!!! It’s taking sooooooooo long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😢😢😢😢😢 Am I doing something wrong anyone???? Am I over doing it???????? Please advise anyone. I’m 40 yr old woman. Thanks to anyone helping!!!!!
Three kids and still a 26" waist ?! That's some impressive genes right there, or some serious cappin.( Jk ) Edit :- your point about advice for abs, women are not supposed to have such low levels of fat that they clearly show abs. It's not optimal at all for the hormonal health and balance of the female body. The ideal range of body fat for a man would be 10 - 12 % ,could be even more depending upon the individual and for a healthy female it's 18-20 % . So if at 40 years of age you have such a trimmed waist and a toned, flat stomach then you Madame are very blessed because that is an anomaly. Just maintain that and be happy. Cheers !
i would actually say eat more..2 workouts a day, maybe you don't have enough muscle and you're just getting skinny but not 'toned'? rest is also super important for recovery xx
@@naazahs9045 Thanks, I just love her abs. 😊I workout and lift daily and run 6 miles daily. I’m not blessed, I wish. Diet and all close watch in it also. Thanks for your help. I never thought of it being unhealthy to go low body fat.Goof point , thanks
Higher protein (like 100+ grams per day), lower fat, and full core exercises (hanging leg raises, incline weighted sit ups, weighted back extensions) got my body fat % low enough to have light ab definition, and I have the same measurements as you :) calculate your calories and make sure the deficit is only 250-500 from your TDEE, taking it slow will help a LOT.
How are you halfway ?? You literally have abs. Please don't let body dismorphia and insecurities fool you, losing more weight is probably very unhealthy.
Girl📣📣📣 you have to be really careful! You are already very lean. A little more and you'd lose your period. The Female body needs more fat than men's to function properly! You look amazing but more weight loss would influence badly your health! You probably know that already but I still feel that I had to tell you, just in case❤
Yup the workouts are super easy when committed to habit. You get to the point where you feel bad if you miss a workout. The hardest part by FAR is eating habits, portion control ie are you getting enough nutrients for your set goals, macros and frequent and number of meals.
That’s awesome For the best results try to keep the camera out of the gym sometimes it’s best to put your cell phone in a desk drawer for the day looking good keep up the good work God bless
Day 1 is a full body workout - focus backside muscle which are back, glutes and hamstring Day 2 frontside of the body Day 3 low-intensity workout Day 4 full body workout Day 5 full body workout Day 6 low-intensity workout Day 7 rest day ❤️
