Hey guys! Thanks for the great work out! I have been training with you guys for a while now and I'm an absolute fan. I haven't watched all your videos, but the in ones I did watch, Toya always does the modifications. I was wondering if maybe you could switch this up? Like to show guys that it's okay to do the modifications too and to not always potret the guy as the stronger one by definition. Curious what you think about this. Thanks!

This is the first HIIT I've done where I didn't feel the need to stop every 20 seconds cause it was too much. This was the perfect pace, perfect intensity, and great alternatives. Thank you so much!

Thats the entire point of HIIT… this workout is not HIIT. It’s interval traning. The entire point if HIIT is to go all out for 20-40 seconds and then resting several minutes. You’re supposed to be completely out of breath and feeling like you’re dying if you’re doing HIIT properly. Most people are just pussies

Just remember, they have been doing this for a while, so if you have to take breaks or go slower, it’s ok!! Always move your body in a way that makes it feel good. You all got this

Challenge day 3- done! I’ve never been a fan of cardio workouts but I enjoyed this one! Any workout with no repeats is a great workout to me. I like to do the move and be done.

I already see this in a lot of the comments, but I love how there's no unnecessary talking and I can just focus on my own breathing and movements. The gradual buildup of intensity makes it easy to adjust to the workout, too. Definitely adding this video to my routine!

I stopped at 16:01. Don’t get me wrong I was sweating and I love this exercise. I just need to breathe lol but will def continue. I’ve been saving this video since the day it came out but obviously procrastination at its finest- not proud about it BUT DAMN proud of myself that I’m finally doing something about my weight loss Day 1 for me! This is the first hiit/cardio video that actually made me sweat! I had to stop around 13 mins in for a min extra little break but then got right back into it! The warm up and cool down was great too and I feel like it’s the perfect amount of time to squeeze into my day! ❤️

I lovvveee this workout. I do it all the time. One of my favorite things about Juice and Toya is the music that they have !! It’s not the cheesy elevator music, it’s actually super cool!! Highly recommend this.

I started out with your intense abs workout and I must say that I enjoyed it. But because I am getting my body back into shape after 15 years of low activity, but I did not make it to the end of the video, however I made it to 7mins into the workout. I am surprised I have never seen a workout so professional and complete at the same time. The time is at its correct point and the fact that there are strong, gentle and modified exercises allows you to go at your own pace and understand each of these exercises. I really like how they often show two varied versions of exercises based on fitness level/ability. As someone who is very overweight I can follow their HIIT perfectly and complete it until the very end without feeling like I’m gonna fail, while some HIIT workouts I either can’t do properly so end up giving up or are too advanced for me and makes me feel a bit deflated rather than accomplished. I’m losing a lot of weight by copying these videos and I can’t thank them enough for it!

I did this workout routine since January to May for up to 5 times a week, and I ate whatever I wanted LOL. I lost about 5 kgs but my body was toned, got abs, breathing better and most importantly I felt so strong. Then I had internship for 3 months in which I had no time or energy left to do this workout and I bounced back. Now is August and been doing it again! Feel much better everytime I finish. I target about geting to 58 kg (I need to lose around 8 kgs for this but I am optimist) Thanks Juice and Toya, u guys are lit!

Week 1, Day 3 [26/04/23]; Workout completed! I just saw my comment from the last challenge and dear me, it's still 20 eternal minutes, but this time we ACED most of the exercises except hand & shoulder tap 'cause my shoulders hurt. Day1: I kind of can't believe that I actually followed through the whole video. Eventhough I took way too many pauses and eventhough I butchered many exercises along the way. I am still glad that I was active for 20min. Your exercises were fun so that helped alot! Day2: I paused only twice today and I think that I did a better job than yesterday and I forgot to mention that I love your cool off routine!

After trying tons of videos this one is my favorite. It get my heart beat going but it feels easy on back or joint problems. I also loved the stretch section at the end. Can't wait to try the other videos.

Love the no repeat approach, otherwise it gets stale, love the fact that options are provided for different fitness levels, beautiful scene and beautiful instructors. The only thing i would add is technique tips for each exercise. Such as proper allignmet etc. Overall amazing!

First work out I was able to complete fully after being 7 months postpartum with C section. I love it! I am sweating so much and only had to catch my breathe a couple times. Normally I give up being out of breathe too many times but with this workout I just kept on going. Will continue to do this everyday and excited to see results! :) thank you so much! I have been on track with dieting and exercising for two months and this week somehow everything started to decline and I felt exhausted and depressed because that body dysmorphia started hitting back again. I found your channel today and thought of just finishing at least 10 or 15 mins but here I am with motivation coming back to me again. I finished the whole workout😭 Thank you loads!!! @@arze6747 hey!! Thank you for being interested and asking. I have a great update actually. I have been and still fighting my ED and body image and thank God managed to stick to my workout routine and lost about 5kg since then :") That was already great because before that I have lost about 12 or 13 kgs. Thanks to this channel and growingannanas I'm still on track since I need to maintain these results, maintain a healthy diet and working out is not as heavy as it used to be. My endurance has definitely evolved and my shape changed for sure.

I did this workout after 2-3 weeks of stopping exercise (due to not feeling well and college) and I was dreading exercising again, but finding this and following along was not so bad! I enjoyed the video and I’m looking forward to doing more in the future!
