Story: Humanity began a giant war with each other, creating the V1s, V2s, Mindflayers, and Earthmovers. The tree of life was created by god, and is creates blood, the fuel of life, thus explaining why blood is fuel for the V1s and V2s. The Great War caused the death of humanity, and we play as V1, one of the machines made by humanity going into hell, to fuel ourselves with the blood of the beings in hell. Along the way, we kill the sinners in hell, making Gabriel, the judge of hell, upset, as he reports to the high council of heaven. The council demands he stop us, V1, from running hell. Which leads to the first fight in Gluttony. King Minos was a very powerful being, so powerful his soul was able to be re-incarnated into a Prime Being, trapping him in a Flesh Prism, Like Sisyphus (Although after his prison was weakened, he was able to destroy it himself) After V1 beat Gabriel the first time, and went on destroying hell, the Council gave Gabriel one last chance to prove himself worthy. This leads to the climax against him, in which Gabriel becomes overcome with rage against loosing to a being that doesn't even have a soul. However, during his second phase, Gabriel calms down, and when he is defeated, he notices that he is bleeding. He sees the fuel of life. Blood. He realizes that if a simple machine can defeat him, than the council is nothing either, and after bidding farewell to V1, Gabriel then goes and slaughters every member of the council. The reason V1 was going to hell was because he runs on blood. Hell was full of creatures that are full of blood. There was no humans left on earth, so the most logical step, was to go to hell. Humanity is dead Blood is fuel Hell is full
