Last year's Ramen challenge compared to this year's is night and day. You've got so creative and gained a whole new set of skills over the past year. Very impressive
As an Indian, those tortillas straight up look like roti or how some people would say it as chapati! Wasn't expecting this, gr8 job combining different foods! (and cultural looking dishes!) LOL! LYSM Lisa!!! Edit: NGL I have never got this many likes or replies on any post I've made so tysm y'all for this!
Lisa! I don’t know if you’ll read this but here’s a ramen recipe suggestion: my mom regularly makes samosas stuffed with fried noodles (mi goreng to be specific) and they taste heavenly. Super greasy and definitely a treat but I know you’re not opposed to that. Give it a go!
Lisa for day 17 you should try wai wai noddle with eggs : 1. add oil to a non stick pan 2. crush up the noddle with your hand 3. Put the heat medium heat 4. add the crush up noddle in the pan without the seasoning packet 5. put the heat on low 6. add 1 cup of water ten put the heat on high 7. after the water is almost develop in the noddle add two or three eggs and mix 8. after the eggs is cooked add the seasoning packed
OMG I haven’t had those Wai Wai noodles since middle school. I can still taste the peppery seasoning in my mouth to this day. I gotta go pick some up now from H Mart. Those ramen tortillas look delicious Lisa! Glad you took the other commenter’s suggestion.
I have been inspired to try the ramen challenge. My favourite so far has been the tailgate ramen. 🍜🍜 Thank you for sharing. I appreciate you and the content you create. 😊
@@trendyromish4789 The word used in Wikipedia is "collaboration". Not sure if that means buying the brand name. If so, can I have a source of that information?
Hi Lisa! That aldready looked so good but here’s my suggestion: My mom and me are obsessed with momos and she usually sometimes makes them home but the point is instead of the stuffing inside of momos try putting those ramen in them like ramen momo’s o-o Or you could try it the Indian way: Make ramen samosas they would taste absolutely Delicious!
HEY LISA! Just wanted you're really cool and ive gotten more into cooking because of you and im really enjoying it and also i would recommend trying some pakistani foods like nihari, or chiken pulao (if u dont know any pakistani people indian people can help) they're really tasty and they have a good kick which im sure you'll like!
I love this, reminds me of how I need to get creative when clearing out my pantry lol Also, how does your nailpolish grow out so perfectly without chipping 😍
Your videos are amazing I watch them like literally every day I can’t stop watching them and the food that you make looks delicious I hope that your channel will reach the most likes and comments on RU-vid bye
My first thought when she flipped the first tortilla over. " That's a roti" Lmao for all those confused In Paksitan we eat this almost everyday with different Curry's. It's also known as chapati.
For day 16 can you try ramen steak?? Just simply a steak coated in flour eggs and instead of breadcrubs coat it with crushed ramen OR Can you try to make a biscuit and gravy but with ramen?
as a thai never in my life would imagine waiwai noodles to be made into such a creative dish! its the only instant noodle i have never really cooked, i only have them raw (i crushed them first then pour the seasoning on it). it makes a great snack!
That's sooo great! I don't see much videos on people making Wai Wai.. It would be great if you make some ramen or anything with Wai Wai in some videos :))) I'm waiting
Today has been a really tough day for me and I starting watching this video then I needed to go do something and I came back to my phone and the video wouldn’t play I cried for 5 minutes then it loaded. Watching this video, highlight of my day thanks Lisa
Ah man wai wai noodles were my childhood! My mom used to make it with a little fish sauce, sugar, msg, and an egg. Absolute nostalgia trip and always a warming and filling bowl of soup when she didn't have time to make a regular meal for me or my siblings
I'm so glad it worked out for you Lisa! May I suggest cooking the noodles in some leftovers? Add some saucy type leftover (I like japanese curry and chili) to a pot with some water and bring to a boil. Add dry ramen and seasoning, and let the noodles soften. Once they start separating, add an egg, or more depending on how many people you're cooking for. Let the egg cook until the whites over the yolk are opaque. Cover with cheese and let that melt. Transfer mess into a bowl and you're done! Ideally, the egg yolk should be runny, but if you don't like runny yolks, then you can cook it longer.
I’ve had Wai Wai noodles since I was a kid, the interesting thing is that with these noodles people normally eat it as it is, by crushing it up and adding the seasoning and chilli packets without cooking or anything just as it is! it’s actually really good😂
