I'm not sure as i have been crying everyday for over a year now ... now?I'm now forcing myself to stop as I just can't anymore and i know suppressing it is also not good

That's ok. Ask you what you need. Your body is precious and if it's unhappy and is trying to communicate with you just ask you what you need.

I think the path to forgive start with forgiving ourselves for not understanding that we can’t control much in this world. We can accept or move away but the latter keeps coming back. When we don’t understand something we take one step back to know ourselves. The focus is always to know more about ourselves so we can deal with the external. If relationships are the PhD of life, knowing ourselves is the Pos - PhD of life.

I always meditate after I do my mascara and eyeliner in the morning for some reasons I did everything but forgot my mascara. Now I know why. What a beautiful release and tears were rolling down my face. Thank you for this lovely meditation

For me is not to forgive. Physical abuse, emotional abuse, rejection and refusal to apologize I accept as part of my experience but forgiveness of lack of basic humanity is only for God to forgive.
