Day 2 of My Juice Fast ( a 13 year old girl) 

Don't think I've ever seen a kid look so much like a mix of both their parents. She's lucky to have you both, and the possibility of establishing healthy practices so early on, long before the bad habits become difficult to reverse!

Strong mind! I usually feel horrible, I'm happy shes feeling well! Great stuff, I wish her much luck and strength. :)
