Welcome to Day 2 of the #30Minute Challenge. Today we will tackle the abs and get it rock like a sexy angel one! Let’s do it together and comment when you complete, so you can keep track and we can also encourage each other to complete it everyday. And don’t forget to share with your friends and family to make this challenge more fun.

#secondday Okay, from 17:15 my body was shaking, I couldn't do the 90 angle there, it was more like 135:)), apparently the exercises which involves my legs are hard and my belly is exploding but I will continue and can't wait the next one. Thanks!
