You all know what day it is... MILITARY MONDAY!! Let's kick start the week with a 30 min Full Body HIIT work out just how we all love it! The final week of the 28-day GROW Challenge - look how far we've come team, think about all the sweat drops and muscle gains, bring your motivation today - let's burn some calories and sweat it out! Let's do it!
WORKOUT DETAILS
👉🏼 Duration: 30 MIN (Plus 5 mins of cool-down stretches)

414 Calories. Omg this was a good one. I wanna say I just started working out to you about a week ago and I can see the difference in my body already. I’m a travel nurse so I love these kind of workouts they are hard intense and I’m dripping in sweat. Can’t wait to get home to try the ones with weights. Keep these coming! I’m here to stay

way to go, kimmie! Not all calorie counters (actually most) arent' accurate, but if you have one it DOES give you a sense of your intensity that you've worked :)

yaaasss!!! These 3 weeks flew by and I can't believe this is our last week 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I don't recognize my body anymore. I feel so strong and I was able to hold the side planks and did burpees today!!! Please please tell me there's a February challenge or calendar waiting for us 🙏🙏😁

I pushed HARDCORE! I gotta be serious but FUNNY 2 tell ya my 9yr. old CAT 😻pushed 7 minutes of this workout hardcore literally running around the house in circles, I just wished he would have switched direction to work his opposite side muscles 🤣🤣🤣😻. He always participates for at least 3 min. But today he just loved it!! The music, me working out & calling out his name just keeps Chance😻 & I so spiritually connected!❤ This tells ya how you INSPIRE ALL CREATURES mentally & physically, Coach Anna!! THANK YOU!🎉💪🙏🥰

I am LOVING these workouts! I am doing them about 4 days a week now, full on. Building more strength again feels good! I left my gym due to covid, and these work outs are a life saver! Anna you have created fun, engaging workouts and I really appreciate that these workouts are all just you showing us, instead of all the talking most people do that was getting tiresome. After 30 years of being an athlete I know how to keep form, and pace myself so listening to people over explain everything was a drag. In your stuff it's all work out no ego! Just the work which is all I want. Thank you!

I have just started trying out your workouts and they're amazing!! It's consistent, straight to the point, and super hard. I always have been searching for videos in youtube but they didn't give me that consistency of doing some exercise almost every day. I always ended up abandoning. I missed this workout yesterday but I'm sure I would have felt just the same - a sweaty mess! I can tell I'm getting stronger, When we did the burpee to elbow raise I didn't think I could do as many and its a little easier.! I kept saying, 'oh no, I won't be able to do that' then I was doing it! mind over matter!! Thanks Anna for a great motivational workout and after workout high...woohoo!!

Just finished this workout. Pretty intense and definitely very 💧💧💧. I was not expecting it to be predominantly legs (my least favorite muscle group lol) focused. However, I still liked it as there were some new first time exercises. Looking forward to completing the remaining workouts of this series.
