Day 28 of Inwards is a gentler flow. We slow our role a little, get cosy and allow ourselves time to notice. Notice how the body feels in poses, how it transitions and moves.
As always listen to your body and its needs. Adapt and modify poses to work for you. The only person who truly knows your body is you, so only you can decide what feels right for you. If you feel any sharp, short pain, its your body telling you to move out of the pose, so shift into one that serves you rather than hurts you. Childs pose is ALWAYS an option.
