Happy New Year's Beth! Thank you so much for introducingme to yoga in 2023, it has brought me so much joy. I hope 2024 brings you happiness and success because you really deserve it.
Happy New Year to you too!! I'm so glad to hear that yoga has brought you so much joy! I'm so grateful that I have been able to be a part of your journey with it. Thank you so much for your wonderfully kind wishes. I hope the same for you too! May it also bring us more yoga challenges :P
Glad to have you back. You look great and the location is beautiful. The voiceover wasn't bad at all. I have to do voiceover for training videos at my job and it took a while for me to get the hang of it. In no time you will be a pro. I can't wait to try this flow later today. Hope you are doing well:)
Thank you for day 29. I can't believe it's already day 30. This challenge changed my life and gave me something to do just for me. I will miss your daily flows and talking to you, but I guess all good things come to an end. Thank you so very much Beth.
It's gone so fast! I'm glad that you were a part of this. And I will miss talking to you to. I'm going to take a small break as I go overseas this week but will be back soon with more videos and challenges!!
Thank you for day 28 Beth, I liked how it made me slow down and really feel the movements. Day 29 looks fantastic for a Sunday. On a side note, I started watching your cooking videos. I am not great cook but I enjoy eating healthy. You are great and very entertaining in them. I believe you asked for suggestions on a name for those segments, why not Cooking Well with Beth. It might be very creative but I love the way it sounds. Hope you are doing well 🙂
Oh yay I'm glad you were really able to FEEL the movements. Mmmmm yes, I like it. Especially because I'm all about wellness- so 'cooking well with Beth', encompasses that. Im glad you are enjoying them. I love cooking and am currently writing a cookbook. With the aim of finishing, it by mid next year! So watch this space!!
Hello Beth, I am getting ready to start day 25. I just wanted to say thank you for all the effort and time you put into making these videos. You do a great job, each days flow goes right into the next. You're a great teacher and I am so happy to come across your channel. 🙂
Thank you for day 24, I found that one enjoyable and much needed. I cant believe there are only 5 left. Time flies when your having fun I guess. Hope you are doing well.🙂
I'm so glad you are enjoying it! YES!! It goes so fast right? Thanks I sure am, I hope you are too, I'm actually just about to finish work so off to film a couple of flows this afternoon, so something to look forward to!
Finished day 21 a little late today, it was a nice flow for the end of the day. I just wanted to tell you that you are very strong. I think back to day 16 and that was a tough one. I lift weights but that was on a whole new level. Thank you.
ahhh how lovely, I think i will have to end my day with yoga too as I've been in the garden and feel i need to stretch it out. haha thanks yeah i've been working on building my strength back up as i lost it for a good few years when I had a blood clot in my arm, but its getting better each week, I finally got back to my pre blood clot weights last week! How often do you lift weights? and are you a gym goer or a at home workout kinda person?
I'm sorry about the clot in your arm. You would never know, you look great. I lift weights three times a week. I do it at home, it's easier to do there and I have everything I need.
@@jackroeper1 thanks, but I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and I know that clot was to teach me to not take my body for granted. Nice yeah I prefer at home workouts!
Finished day 20 just now and enjoyed it tremendously. I know they are not complex poses but I really like the warrior and child's pose. My body responds to them well. Thank you so much Beth. Can't wait for Day 21 it looks good.
Day 20 looks great, just finished day 19. I am going to be sad when this challenge is over. I am going to miss seeing a new flow from you everyday and I will miss our conversations. Anyway, thank you and I hope you're doing well.
I was thinking the same thing just recently. However, it won't be too long until I have a new 30-day challenge, I'm looking at doing one for the new year, probably around February ish. Plus, I have a 7-day beginners challenge dropping in November. How did you find day 19?
That is great, that gives me something to look forward to. I love the way you teach and how you put each flow together. You are really good. Day 19 was one of my favorites. I feel so good right now. You are the best Beth:)
My favorite part of the day. Just finished a yoga flow from the best yogi in the world and then I see another video from her. Thank you and I hope you're doing well:)
Just finished day 17, and I feel great. Another thing I noticed is that I sleep so much better and I have you to thank for that. So thank you so very much for letting me follow along. I am looking forward to day 18. Thank you Beth.
Wahoo, your journey inwards has definitely been cultivating some benefits huh? I'm so glad it's helping with your sleep; I think sleep should seriously be a top priority in life and its often not. Sleep combined with breath too-well that's magic, throw some movement on the top, well that's potent!
Just finished day 16 and I noticed that I am getting into poses easier. I'm still a little clumsy and my balance needs work but it's improved. I am by far not on your level but you give me something to work forward to. Thank you Beth.
This is so amazing 🙌, and honestly it just takes consistency. For me this has been like 5 years in the making. I'm so happy you are seeing improvements and I commend you very much on how consistent you have been! I always look forward to reading your comments.
Day 15 was very relaxing. I wish I could wake early and practice like you. That would set up my day perfectly. I might try to do that in the future. Day 16 looks great, thank you for keeping me motivated. Thanks:) and I hope you had a good weekend.
It took a lot of years to build up to get up as early as I do. I'm glad you were able to relax with day 15's flow. Thank you, I had a great weekend. I hope you are too!
@@jackroeper1 oooh I'll have to keep that in mind. Trying to find the right lighting can be such a mission hence why I enjoy filming on sunny days when I can get outside, cause I don't have to worry about the lighting
Day 14 was really nice. I do like the yin style. Sorry I am still learning yoga lingo. I can't believe we are almost halfway through the challenge. Looking forward to doing day 15 tomorrow. Thank you Beth.
Day 13 was a good one. Looking forward to day 14. You are so creative coming up with these different flows, you keep me wanting more. Thanks again Beth and hope you are doing well.
I usually practice in the afternoons after work. I start work at 6am and as soon as I am done, I go home and learn from the best instructor in the world. :)@@thewellbeingchick
Got off work early today and just finished day 12. I have got to say doing this challenge is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. So thank you so much and please remember one of earliest fans when you are famous worldwide for teaching yoga. :)
Yay I'm so glad!! Thank you for putting yourself 1st and choosing to step up for yourself, it's so important! haha thanks for the faith, I'll definitely remember you! If you have any special requests for flows or targeting a certain area let me know, as i can create a flow around that, probably won't be out until end of the year, but definitely something i could put together.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Definitely a challenge, but more so in allowing yourself to play rather than necessarily getting into the pose, it's about exploring it, and allowing ourselves to be open to exploring different poses. and have fun doing it. Thanks, I'm very well. I hope you are too!
Thats amazing go you!! I'm so glad you are enjoying it. I love yoga so much, and I'm just so grateful for having this platform to share it with others!!
I did day 8 earlier today, then did some painting around the house. It helped tremendously, since I had to get in some odd positions. Thank you Beth. Day looks like it's going to be fun.
The painting did go well. I hope all is well for you. I will be doing day 9 later today and will let you know how it goes. If I comment too much let me know I do not want to become a nuisance. Thanks Beth.
I just completed day 7. You were right is nice chill, perfect for a Saturday. I can't for day 8's flow. You are really creative and make these practices something that look forward to each day.
Just finished day 6 and I really enjoyed it. I did have to do some modifications but I'm getting better. Looking forward to doing day 7's flow tomorrow. Thank you Beth.
I'm glad you enjoyed it, and that's perfect, modify as you need as you know your body best. On different days our body moves and feels things differently, that's why being able to tune inwards and listen to the needs of your body on any given day is so integral. Day 7 is slower paced and quite chill. Bring along a cup of cacao, tea or coffee as we tune into the senses.
I have. I realize that I don't express my emotions and feelings and focus on making other people happy. How I will change that is still a work in progress. I am a genuinely happy person but sometimes it's just a facade. Thank you for asking and letting me vent. You are truly the best.
@@jackroeper1 this!! what a discovery! yes its so easy to forget ourselves and put others 1st. Yet filling our own cups is vital, we can't poor from an empty one after all. In terms of sitting with emotions, I hear that, this has been something I have been working on too this year. Its truly been so liberating though to learn to sit with them. Life huh, its full of surprise lessons!!
So true Beth. I love the cup analogy. It's difficult to give when your cup is empty. Practicing yoga with you is a great way to do something for me and fill my cup.
Thank you Beth, I just finished day 4. I have been practicing with you for a little time now and my flexibility has improved so much. I have always worked out but thought I would give yoga a try. I stumbled across your channel and love it. I really like the way you teach and I can follow right along. It doesn't hurt that your voice is soothing and you are easy on the eyes. Sorry I probably said a little too much, but thanks again and on to day 5 tomorrow.
I'm so glad to hear that. Consistency is key when it comes to flexibility, it's awesome you have seen an improvement. I'm so grateful to have you along for the journey.
Thank you so much for the videos. I'm new to yoga and think you're a great teacher. I love the outside ones especially, it feels as though I am there too.
Ohh Beth this is so lovely. It is obvious that you come from a place of service and a desire to encourage and support. You come across so authentically.
