Kids went back to school this week I missed our PE with Joe sessions so decided to give this a go days 1, 2 and 3 nailed, I love how you suffer just as much as I do! Keeps it real - thanks!
Those last lunges were so hard especially with sore legs from yesterday but I really feel the difference I am sweating sooo much.Thanks is joe see you tomorrow

We loved the PE with Jo and have moved onto 7 days of sweat at my 7 year old sons request!....We are both so inspired and motivated by Joes easy manner and clear instructions aswell as his honest advice. Great job Joe!
I love this guy!! I’ve now done both 7 days of sweat 3 and a half times. I was a mess pre lockdown after the birth of our second child.. but this has made exercise so easy and accessible. 20 minutes, no excuse, everybody can find twenty minutes. I can almost suck in my tummy🤣. I feel great ! Thanks joe!!

That was killer! Glad I stuck to 35/25 and didn’t try 40/20. My legs were barely holding me up at the end. Thanks Joe (not sure my quads will thank you later though!) x
Absolutley loving these workouts! I have a knee injury in both of my knees, so I have to adapt cant do the lunges but I did boxing and climbing rope during those ones. Did your 7 days of sweat from last year, last week and now on to these. At first I struggled to get through 5 mins, but now I can do 20mins comfortably and even done 2 in a row (nearly) Thank you so much!!
Just did day 3 of your workout with a 3 year old crawling under my legs when squatting and sitting on me when lieing down but I still did it! Thank you for being so motivating.
