Wooooo! You've made it to Day 2 of my new 7 days of sweat challenge coming all the way from Mexico.
7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed - just a small space and some motivation to feel amazing.
Every day starting on Sunday 1st March 2020, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.
You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focussed. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel really confident moving forward. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep you going and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all year.

Today's workout - 20 moves | 30 seconds work | 30 seconds rest
Run on the spot
Burpees
Squats
Push ups
Plank walk in & out
Reverse lunges
Pulsing squat hold
Jumping Jacks
Bicycle crunches
Elbow plank
Plank knees to elbow
Running punches
Lateral lunges
Lunge jumps/lunges
Single leg crunches
Up down plank
Climb the rope
Sumo squats
2 push ups 2 thrusters
Sprint to drop

I have been doing your workouts since the start of lockdown after Ibstopped going to the gym because of Covid-19. I bam 72 years of age and feel great. Thank you Joe.

I see you posted this in 2020 Joe. I am always late to the party but I love this 7 day sweat challenge. Liked the fact each exercise was different today- I am feeling it in my thighs from day 1. Felt so positive yesterday after starting my day with a workout. Thanks again!

These are amazing. I’ve done the 2019 Seven days of sweat twice in the last couple of weeks and have noticed an amazing difference already to my levels of fitness and body. Now day 2 of 2020 and enjoying it. Thanks so much for making this resource freely available and accessible to everyone

I'm so happy! I've been getting back into fitness with these workouts for about 3 weeks now and today was the first time my asthma didn't play up and I wasn't wheezing!

You are my quarantine workout! Thank you so much. I loved today's workout it didn't feel as hard as yesterday because it was fun and completely new! I love how you are so real like showing sweat and communicating with your kids. I'm looking forward to day 3!

I thought it was a great workout and I like the concept. I like the countdown timer on screen. Very helpful. It would be good to have the name of the excercise to be in the corner of the screen as Joe often talks up until the point of the next exercise and you don’t know what you’re about to do and then your behind on your reps whilst you get in position. It’s alright for him - he has it written on a nappy!

I miss my long runs but this is helping me stay healthy and sane, and has reintroduced me to circuit training which is a bonus. I really appreciate these videos, and the PE classes you are doing for the kids, you truly are a godsend.

Wow! I'm doing this at my own pace - repeated each day twice and had a couple of rest days. Am now doing it for the 2nd time and notice a real improvement in my strength and stamina. This is really exciting and I'm so grateful to you Joe for putting this out here for free.

I absolutely loved this workout. I'm behind a few days so did work one and two today but workout two was my favourite. I loved that it was constantly changing and will keep this one as my go-to in future. Thanks, Joe, you really inspire me and I'm done with going to the gym when I can do this in the comfort of my own home and when Iike with you. Love it!

Day 2 complete! Absolutely love your works outs! Everything is amazing! Thank god for this isolation & a few friends mentioning you I thought I’ll start to workout, I haven’t been motivated for 2 years & finally I’m doing it! Very proud of myself although my thighs are killing from yesterday’s day 1 workout however I got through day 2, bring on tomorrow for day 3!

I like this one, it has a bit of everything. As I can’t do lunge jumps without crashing through the tv I used weights on step back lunges. I did 40/20 and I’m nice and sweaty. You keep me sane Joe, thanks x

I did this as a stand-alone. 40/20 and weights on the squats and 1 of the lunges. It’s a great workout. Thanks so much Joe x

Thank you for this series! I am new to HIIT and I’m following you because a friend recommended it. I am absolutely loving these workouts. I did day 1 and was still a bit sore but I managed to finish Day 2 however I could. I feel super recharged after your workouts, and feel good about my body and myself.I am looking forward to finishing the whole series with you :) ❤️
