Welcome to Day 39 of the 40-Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva! Today we are going to do yoga to keep our spirits AND bodies young. In spirit, we are always young, but our bodies do unfortunately age with time. How flexible our spine is, is a good indication of how we feel physically in our aging process. So, let's enjoy this practice! Imagine you are a 7-year-old and your body is supple and pain free, and your mind is limitless and free as it was when you were a child. Enjoy!
🧘‍♀️ KRIYA NAME: Kriya for the Young Spirit
🗣 MANTRAS:
​Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo - the "Adi Mantra", I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher within.

Har Har Har Har Gobinday -this is the Guru Gaitri mantra with 4 Har’s. It fixes the mind to prosperity and gives power to break down barriers of the past. It converts fear to determination and invokes guidance. All powers come to serve your true purpose.

​Sat Nam - truth is my identity. This mantra reinforces the divine consciousness in everyone. It is used as a greeting as well as the mantra for Kundalini Yoga exercises, inhaling Sat (truth), exhaling Nam (name, identity).

Considering a large portion of this Kriya consists of chanting a mantra over and over in different poses, that mantra was neither explained nor displayed, either below in the notes or on screen. On screen display would've been very useful considering it's in a foreign language Complete Mantra (for anyone interested) Har singh nar singh neel naaraayan, Guroo sikh guroo singh har har gayan, Wha-hay guroo wha-hay guroo, Har har dhiayan, saakhat nindak dusht mathaayan

I always thought, yoga wasn't for me, but you have convinced me otherwise. Not only have I completed the challenge, I have even done it in 41 days! Although I haven't lost weight, I have gained lots of mobility and strength. My shoulders are much better and after years of not being able to sit on the floor, I am finally able to do so again! I really cannot thank you enough! My plan now is to stick with the challenge until I feel strong enough for longer sessions and then subscribe to your lounge!

I love your videos since I’m almost done ! Day 39. One thing that has created frustration in me sometimes 😅is that in several videos you haven’t mentioned which hand/leg to start with in several practices where the work was asymmetrical. So I didn’t know what to do. But this was interesting to observe this frustration 😂 Thank youuuu very much for this program. Tomorrow last day for me. 💓💓💓

Sat Nam Aija, we're not expecting you to know the chant, of course :) We try to include the chants in the description where possible and in our very recent videos we include them on the screen. Sorry if it's difficult to follow here. If there is any specific chant you'd like to know, please let us know. 🙏
