Today I am driving 🚙 home and will return to trial in a week or two after my knee has recovered.

I made it 571.2 miles in 2022 when a torn meniscus and partial tear of my patellar tendon sent me home. 2 years rehab later, I will start back from Springer on Feb 24.2025. Take care of yourself, trail ain't going no where

Yes the knee steroid injection does wonders for your knee pain if surgery is not the answer.

I know what this is like… two weeks from now I see the surgeon look at my MRI for a partial knee replacement. Ugh.. Get an X-ray and see what the orthopedist says… don’t try to figure out what you can do on your own. Get an injection if you can… it does help. But if you don’t have insurance try everything. Hope you recover soon!

When you get home buy yourself a home altra sound machine. Use it at least three times a day. Helped my knee recover much faster. Found one on the internet relatively cheap.
