Join me for day 68 of 75 hard - Started the day at church with the family, then went and logged some miles with my buddy Jeff, who just completed 4x4x48 for the 4th year! Ended the night with the family, and crushing some Halo Top ice cream. Below are the official stipulations of the challenge that must be done EVERY day:
