Thanks Joe, I'm 70 and keep coming back to this and 28 day challenge. Even if not feeling great can do a seniors workout and on occasions Hiit ones too !!

Thank you Joe! I wouldn’t be working out if it wasn’t for your workouts. You make it fun and efficient. I’m able to “play” soccer at 48 and still get a goal or two now and then. Due to your workouts, I feel my body is balanced. Thank you for all your hard work!
I’m pleased to have got through that one again. I needed extra pauses for coughing fits though. My challenge is to 2 more than 2 sets of the last one. Thanks so much Joe x
