Yeah, unfortunately, you can. My mother is in her 50's and still struggles with acne, and she takes very good care of her skin. She just has sensitive skin, so many acne products that work great for other people only makes her skin dry out or break out. It seems it's just genetic, and in some cases people get a raw deal, and have to do more work to control their breakouts. It's hard to guess why Sean is getting acne flaring up now, more so than before. Could be stress, could be dietary. Could be a new hair product getting onto his pillow and subsequently his face. Skin is fickle af.

Well, the lack of time is really a priority thing.. at certain age you start to appreciate things like actually sleeping at night over reading something until 6 AM.. or when you can't make out the text anymore, whichever came first. :)

Actually when a right turn is authorized (for cars) the bicyclist is the one who has to watch out and avoid the vehicle in their path. Unless Day9 at cut across and caused the accident (HE hit HER) which it didn't sound like it; she hit the back of the car/rear right passenger door while moving very slowly. Drivers like Day9 expect bicycles to behave like normal road users, like other cars, but they give no second thought to their presence on the road. Schizophrenic attitude And neither of the links you posted state that a cyclist has to give right of way to a motor vehicle that cuts into bike lane, but it does reinforce the idea that Day9 should take his theoretical driving lessons again - he yells at the the girl for trying to dodge him to the left, but it literally says in bullet point 4) that a cyclist can leave bike lane when approaching a place where a right turn is authorized. "Bikes have the same rights and responsibilities as motor vehicle drivers.". She definitely had the right of way. "A person riding a bicycle or operating a pedicab upon a highway has all the rights and is subject to all the provisions applicable to the driver of a vehicle by this division" That's what literally the law says. The same rights! Day9 broke the road law.

If you rear end someone, it's your fault. End of story. That's how the law works. If you manage to hit someone from behind, no matter how stupid they were being (e.g. Emergency brake in the middle of a highway for no reason when everyone is going 80mph), the crash occurred because you were too close to them to react. It's your job to not be too close to someone as to be unable to react to anything they do.

Also, he said he was barely moving, which means he hadn't just moved into the other lane. He had moved over, slowed to a near stop to wait for a right turn to be possible, and then the cyclist just crashed into him. She would not have the right of way in this situation. The only way she would have had the right of way is if Day9 had suddenly changed lanes directly in front of her without using a turn signal, which doesn't really sound like what he described, as "barely moving" and "suddenly" aren't really compatible.

If you rear-end someone because he cut in front of you, it's not your fault. You're comparing apples to oranges here - you're talking about a situation in which two people are already in the same lane - in Day9's case, he swerved into her lane. This is very different. With your logic, ramming someone from the side would be legal. When changing a lane, you are required by law to give right of way to people that are already on it. Please study

To turn right. However, to do that, he has to drive through another lane. It is his duty as a driver to give the right of way to whatever is on that lane. He was supposed to use his right-side mirror and look.

Yes, cyclists are perfectly ok to do pedestrian mode if they get off the bike and walk it. Also, if there is a lane for bikes on the pavement. And ALSO, in my country, if a cyclist thinks it's too dangerous, because there are too many cars that go too fast, he is allowed to go onto the pavement, but can be stopped by police. Also, in the scenario where Day9 is turning right, he basicly drove right into the girl. Sure, it's a bike lane, but it's a damn lane somebody was already on. You don't drive into a lane with a car, why would you be ok with driving into a lane with bikes? Use the right-side mirror! He's the one who caused the accident.

PetersaberHD I think putting 100% of the blame on either participant of such accident is inaccurate. The girl was cycling wrong, and Sean didn't look into the bike lane. You can distribute some and some.
