I am always saying WE GOT THIS in real life and online. We all have our own struggles and I believe we can get through anything together. When I was diagnosed with cancer in September, I thought this was my own struggle but I realised my cancer has affected everyone around me. I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend, a cousin, a grand daughter & more. I know my journey has affected everyone around me and I know now more than ever that I have no choice but to get better. Whatever life throws at us, we are going to get through it together. As this video is pre-recorded I’m going to assume you’ve already had the surgery. Every night right before we go to sleep my 6 year old and I say prayers together. We have been praying for you to go into surgery at peace, to have a successful surgery, to finally be cancer free and to wake up at peace knowing just how much you mean to so many people. We also pray for your darling Matt and lovely Amma for peace in their hearts knowing you are getting the very best care and strength as they support you through your recovery, the final chapter of this journey. Tiffany, I've been a silent watcher. I'm such an introvert, and I shy away from commenting most of the time. You're soooooo strong and fierce. I've seen comments on previous videos that state that Tiffany actually had her surgery on the 15th. I can understand why a popular RU-vidr would want to keep the exact date secret so as to avoid people contacting the hospital, sending flowers, perhaps being too intrusive, etc. I feel as if in this case, post surgery, no news is good news and since we have heard nothing things are probably progressing as well as can be expected during these early days of recovery. I truly hope surgery went well and that Tiffany will recover rapidly. Stay strong Tiffany, Matt and family, we got this!

I started crying as you were ending your video today because this is a big deal and the stress seemed to all of a sudden gut punch you and I could actually feel some of that pain. Your message is beautiful. Surgeons and nurses are such gifts. My daughter almost bled to death with a miscarriage. She was picked up from the footpath and taken into emergency surgery, 3 blood transfusions etc. She lost almost all her blood. She said she felt an incredible calm and that all the nurses literally looked and felt like angels. I know that will stay with her for life.

I first saw this video almost 7 hours ago just as soon as it was posted. It's been constantly on my mind and in my heart ever since. I have been praying for you over and over again. You have so many of us who have grown to care so very much and we're all in this together. You’ve got this! I remember having my hysterectomy on New Year’s Eve back in 2015 for my cancer treatment at the age of 25. It was terrifying, my partner and I had only been together 6 months, but thankfully he stood by me and was my rock. I am sending all my love and prayers to both you and your family. Retired ICU/CCU & Clinical Tutor here. Tiffany after receiving your diagnosis, all the Hospital visits, chemo, radiotherapy and a multitude of associated health issues, your less than 24 hours away from your surgery. Good luck Tiffany, fingers crossed and I'm praying everything goes well. Praying your time in ICU isn't too long and your family especially Matt and Amwar ( hope I spelt that right) can stay strong. There will be periods of loneliness and uncertainty for all of you but YOU GOT THIS ! Tiffany let me share something with you, even though I had a lot of medical knowledge when my husband David aged 42 was told he had stage 4 bowel cancer we all fell apart. We live in Devon but I managed to get David referred to St Bartholomews Hospital in London. After his first surgery he had a colostomy bag. After a few months David was doing normal things even surfing and rock climbing. Tiffany having a stoma is challenging at first but you will get used to it. It's truely a life saving accessory. From now on darling, rest up and stay mentally and physically strong as you can. Thinking about you in this very moment. I am nervous but also happy for you to finally do this. You might already be under at this point. The surgery might have started. There are so many people following you and praying for you. I have been a follower since the very early cancer videos and have seen this day coming. But I have also seen you grow. You definitely have the right mindset and have a realistic attitude towards this. There will be changes, but there is so much that doctors can do today. I am very happy about people being so invested to know when she last commented, so that we all have a clearer view. I am kind of worried that today seems to be Day 6 post OP and no sign from her, yet. On the other hand, it will be lifechanging, even if they went with the "smallest" option. She needs time to adjust and heal. Its incredible how she managed daily vlogging prior to this surgery. I think about her every day and keep my fingers crossed that everything went well :)
