For anyone who has left their basin wrench in the van a short length of solder is just the right diameter to hold the TPRV open when draining, just hold the valve open, slip the solder round and twist a knot in it to keep it in place.
john schlesinger we did when we returned to do a Full strip down service. The fault was a breakdown so better to sort the leak and get the customer back on heat 👍
Hey, I watch your videos there really good keep up the good work. As fellow plumber do you ever worry about draining the system through the safely valve as sometimes they don't sit back right and leak???

On that automatic air vent on the Worcester are they anything like the flamco automatic air vents where the plastic screw has a split in the threads and this is where the air escapes through after being separated ? If so haven’t you essentially just stopped any air venting automatically by ptfe’ing the thread ? Dan

Calvin Perrins everyone uses them these days straight out the box.. well there all set to 1234... on the dip settings.. change both receiver and transmitter to combination of your choice. The range is 20-30 metered so neighbours could control urs 👍
