Is there a fix for when this doesn’t work? All these videos say turn both of those valves to be inline with the pipe but one of mine doesn’t move at all
Main 24 HE filling loop is closed, but pressure gauge is over 2.5 to 3 bar upon which the PRV is releasing water outside. Would the culprit be the plate heat exchanger?

Nice to have you back doc... A few years ago I had some 1 use self adhesive personalised security seals made and I always put one on a boiler I’ve serviced or repaired , i tell the customer if they call me I’ll ask them if the seal as been broken..? If it has I won’t come because that means someone else as been messing about in there.. Cheers.... 👍
You’re one of the guys I really like watching but got say feel like this industry is fading away and becoming dull maybe I’m wrong?.. Just doesn’t feel like the quality work you want to be doing everyday is there.

Great stuff almost identical to British Gas service 😂😂😂 They are a joke, didn’t remove boiler cover or take flue reading!!!!! and that’s their service.
Thought we’d lost you to the trappings of inventor life 😂 glad your still about , some toe rag cleaned my mum of £300 for a ideal logic blocked heat plate exchanger when I fact it needed a good service and clean !
