As someone in her 30’s now going back to school, you’re doing just fine - great, actually!! Hi , Have a great day , l have a question : Are canned foods such as beans, chickpeas, peas, beans, tuna and sardines harmful to health or useless because they contain preservatives?
So when buying canned foods I always try to get ones that are in BPA free tins. When buying seafood I also look for ones that have been tested for mercury. With any canned food I always stay away from ones that include preservatives or unnecessary ingredients. Hope that helps 💚
