Hey Naz , former hospital clerk here and unfortunately the hospital is actually the one pushing the clerks to go in and collect those payments. It’s similar to sales in the sense that they want to see how much each department is bringing in regardless of the circumstances. A girl on our team had to collect a payment one time from a burn victim and the patient was freshly rolled into the ER. Otherwise you do get in trouble. Hospitals view the patients as dollar signs , nothing more. There is definitely a lack of compassion in the healthcare industry. 🙁

As a 25 year old mom of 2 my favorite part is watching how you take time for yourself to still take care of yourself. You’re productive and trying to take care of yourself and I love it. Honestly Naz, my favorite part of the video is seeing you work on yourself. Sometimes when you are a mom, wife, and a daughter you forget to appreciate and take care of the women that is YOU. My favorite part is still seeing you get up early to do Pilates and taking the ritual supplements for your health. Remember if your not working on you than how can you give to others? I dont know if that sounds weird lol but as a mom of 2 under 2 who has a newborn it’s just nice seeing that it is possible to balance self care while having kids.
